1 /5 Keiber Martinez: My wife and I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Bustos. Despite having a lifetime of healthy checkups, he aggressively pushed thousands of dollars in dental work that we simply did not need. The recommendations felt excessive and alarmist, so we decided to get a second opinion. We went back to our trusted dentist in Kentucky, who confirmed that our teeth were perfectly healthy and there was absolutely nothing wrong. We are grateful we trusted our gut and got another opinion. Patients, please be cautious — this felt more like a sales pitch than genuine dental care.

5 /5 Myrna Paine: My husband had an outstanding experience with Dr. Bustos and staff. Despite a long procedure that included a molar removal, he was completely comfortable the entire time and had no pain during or after. Highly recommend this practice.

1 /5 Jahna Bettencourt: While I have the utmost respect for Doctor Bustos and his expertise, I believe the overall office staff experience could be significantly improved. There appears to be a lack of focus on customer service, customer comfort and particularly with regards to accommodating families. I think a comprehensive review of the office staff approach to customer service and patient experience would be beneficial.

1 /5 Tina Robertson: My experience with this dental practice was deeply disappointing. After transitioning my family to this provider, we noticed that every visit was significantly more expensive compared to other practices we’ve attended. There seemed to be frequent and unwarranted upcharges. For example, we were quoted a specific price for a procedure, but upon completion, we were presented with a much higher bill. Additionally, my son was diagnosed with gingivitis by this provider, but a second opinion from another dentist confirmed he did not have the condition. Despite this, we were charged nearly $200 for specialized mouthwashes to treat the alleged issue. The irony is that my son never used the products, yet the supposed gingivitis resolved on its own. In my view, these practices raise serious ethical concerns, and I would not recommend this provider to others.
