Despite having a lifetime of healthy checkups, he aggressively pushed thousands of dollars in dental work that we simply did not need. The recommendations felt excessive and alarmist, so we decided to get a second opinion. We went back to our trusted dentist in Kentucky, who confirmed that our teeth were perfectly healthy and there was absolutely nothing wrong. We are grateful we trusted our gut and got another opinion. Patients, please be cautious — this felt more like a sales pitch than genuine dental care.

There appears to be a lack of focus on customer service, customer comfort and particularly with regards to accommodating families. They were extremely helpful when it came to my insurance, copay amounts, etc. They fit me in for a cleaning on my first visit, and set me up for fillings the following week! I am usually terrified of the dentist, but felt right at home in this office. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist or anyone looking to switch providers. Marlene Abell My dental experience at Palms Dental was professional and pleasantly sociable. My dental technician and I have know each other for years. It gives us a chance to catch up on our lives. Dr. Stock usually has an interesting subject to discuss with us as he walks in to examine my teeth. Usually he jumps in on what us girls are chatting about. The staff is the greatest. It is obvious that they care about their patients. You know, that warm or cold attitude you receive when you walk in the door. Palms Dental is my preferred choice of dentistry to go to. Hands down!

Erika Gonzalez Called and told receptionist all I needed was a consultation with the surgeon and I was scheduled for a new patient visit that had nothing to do with what I needed. Had to pay for a visit in which I had already done with my dentist office and was told that my referral and xrays weren’t needed. They were real quick to collect the money instead of offering a solution to fix their mistake.

rosario dimaggio I had an incredibly traumatic experience with this dentistry that has left me unable to smile like I used to. They removed two of my bottom teeth, claiming they were bad, but I later found out this wasnt the case. It feels like they were just trying to make more money off me. Each time I visited, they kept asking for more money, which only added to the stress. The temporary dentures they provided were so poorly made and caused so much pain that I couldnt wear them. When the new dentures finally arrived, they were even worse. They were so badly made that I cant smile at all. The caps they put around my teeth are silver and hard, and they hurt my gums terribly. The trauma from this experience has been overwhelming. I cant sleep at night and will never forget what they did to me. Andrea, who worked on my teeth, was incredibly careless and did a lousy job. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The worst Dentist Ive ever been to in my life!!

It’s a friendly, positive environment that you don’t find in many medical offices. Not a corporate practice, and they want the patient to have an outstanding experience while you are there. Shirley Durfee OMG…,if you’re looking for an awesome dental practice, this is the place. The dentist, Dr Jarquin and her assistant are extremely nice. The hygienist, Loan, was also very nice and we laughed through the entire process. She was fast and efficient and my teeth feel great. The lady at the front was always smiling(even though I was late). This is a private practice and there was no pressure to sell me services. I am so thrilled that I found Smile Dentistry.

I tend to have high anxiety about any dental work, so he recommended that I coordinate with his office to schedule the root canal and then come directly to his office afterward. Asia Enterprises Greenberg Dental Office is so far the best dental office I have been. Dr. Adams is very professional and extremely efficient. Mario, his assistant is gentle, patient and pays attention to every little details. I need a crown to be done. They did an excellent job. The color of crown matched perfectly to my other teeth. Rosie Moreira I’ve been going to this office for almost 2 years. Dr Adams is great!! Does excellent work and is very friendly. Always pleasant, caring and efficient. Mario the tech is excellent and very patient. He listens and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. When I go in for cleanings Luis is also great. The staff at the front is awesome. Always willing to help and if you need an appointment, I’ve been offered one on the same day even if it wasn’t an emergency. Overall I think this entire facility is great. When I called to set up my appointment I let the office know I have anxiety revolving dental appointments and when I arrived the whole staff was sensitive to my needs. They asked me how they could help make me feel more comfortable and took their time explaining what they were doing. I could tell the doctor read my intake forms because she mentioned information I included in there to me when she introduced herself. I was very impressed and felt they all had my best interest in mind during the exam and treatment plan portion of the visit too.

greg oly I had implanted bone graft surgery and returned to have my stitches removed and everything was wonderful. The staff and clean modern office felt comfortable. Now waiting 3-4 months for the healing so the implant can be inserted.
