Since I don’t live in the city and my mom does, I wanted to find a trustworthy dealer or authorized Volkswagen repair shop. I contacted the shop and was fortunate enough to speak with Marc, the owner. I felt a sense of trust from the moment I spoke with him. He was honest and committed to providing the best price for the repairs needed on my mother’s car on time. He genuinely cared about her car and kept me informed about the progress. Thanks to his efforts, my mother was back on the road quickly with honest repairs. I am genuinely grateful to have found such reliable service in today’s world, and I highly recommend this shop.

    mark maddox: First time using superior Auto care on Cypress Lake for an oil change and tire rotation. Not only are the prices $30 less than 4 other shops I called but they throw in a free tire rotation and 40 point inspection which is texted with pictures. They are friendly and pay attention to the little stuff. What impressed me the most was they put my windshield solar shade back up when the parked the car outside after work was completed. Yes, its a small thing but during summers in SW Florida its a big thing for me. It also shows attention to detail. We will be back.

    marius munteanu: Marcello is the best, and top notch mechanic Viva Brazil, Bought a used Audi Q7 and Marcello was referred to us by the previous owner, and he delivered all the expectations by checking thoroughly our car very detailed and explained all the mechanical aspects in short amount of time accommodating out tight schedule. In the end we drove straight 1,330 miles for 22 hours to Detroit and the car (model 2008) prepared by Marcello held great without any problems, very happy and impressed with that performance. Would definitely recommend this shop and the mechanic including in near future electric vehicles trouble shooting. All this comes from a car guy from Detroit. Good job Marcello.

He communicates well with what is going on with your vehicle and the pricing. Hes better than the any mechanic Ive ever been too. Very grateful for his service on my car, Ive had oil change, water pump, and radiator changed out, he does it all. My car drives better than it ever has, I feel he is very reasonable in price.
