5 /5 Mike Barrett: Needed my AC repaired, with it getting to summer time, and I knew there was a leak somewhere. I made an appointment to bring it in Friday, 23 May. I explained the issue and dropped it off with KC. After a bit KC sent me the repair estimate and called to explain everything. I ended up approving the estimate and he asked if I would need my car for the weekend. Explained I would, as my wife was gonna be out of town. He made sure someone started work on my car. KC called me later and said my car ready, but I wasnt able to pick it up, as I had another arrangement. KC said that I could come in the morning and he would open up just for me to pay and get my car. I didnt even realize they werent open on Saturdays. Needless to say, KC kept his word by showing up and getting my vehicle back to me. I am truly grateful for having a working AC, the awesome customer service, and the accommodations to ensure I wasnt going to be without a vehicle over the weekend. I plan on coming back here with any future vehicle maintenance issues
