    Koala Automotive Repair - Tallahassee
Alyssa Parker: The best experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. The work was done well, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service. They were kind, professional, and genuinely went out of their way to make things right. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future repairs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop.

    Mobile auto tech/shop - Tallahassee
Derek T: Geno was knowledgeable and professional. He replaced my brakes, helped me finish something I was trying to do myself and gave me correct advice on a third thing that I did complete myself. All has been well since then. If/when I need anything moving forward, he will definitely be the first mechanic I contact for diagnostic and repair.
Auto Xperts Capital - a Main Street Auto shop - Tallahassee
C D: !!!! UNSAFE / NEGLIGENT WORK !!!! Made an appointment with these people to have front lower control arms replaced and an alignment. I asked them to check tie rod ends for damage and my wife had also done the same. I asked again when picking up the SUV if they had found any damage to the tie rod ends. Their answer was no everything looks good! I gave them quality Moog control arms, and even the grease for the knuckles. After I had spent $540.00 in labor. I picked the SUV up and went to pickup some food. The pictures show the steering wheel off to the right and another picture shows the wheels are straight. I took it to work and back the following day ( 60 miles of driving). I heard and felt some thumping from the front end. I called and the nice lady told me to bring it back in. Literally after the phone call, the issue amplified terribly. I got home thank God and jacked the car up to see what was going on. Control arms looked good, except bolts being nearly rounded off. So I went to the tires. I grabbed tools obviously assuming they would be needed. NOPE! the first 3 in the picture Literally came off with my fingers. The remaining 2 on the driver side I took off with just a socket and extension to hold on to. The passenger side all broke loose with a 3/8 ratchet and almost no force. They had never been torqued or even hit with a impact gun. I torqued the tires and drove it. Noise and vibration was gone. After arguing with them the following morning and explaining that the car was about to go on a trip to Pennsylvania and could have killed my wife and children, they refunded my money, but not without trying to send me out the door telling me " they would work on a refund" thats code for you wont get a full refund if any. So I took it to a reputable mechanic at Auto Repair Tally, they showed me the obviously bad tie rod ends shown in the pictures which thankfully I had purchased new inner and outer tie rods. Both outer tie rods were shot as the pictures show. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! Not even for an oil change. Their excuse was the mechanics impact must need calibrated. I asked if they use a torque wrench, they said no. The impact guns are calibrated for that. Wow! No torque wrench! Thanks Auto Repair Tally for correcting there mistakes and double checking their work! They will get a stellar review.
Stadium Auto Repair, Inc. - Tallahassee
Colin Gentile: Ive come here multiple times and Patrick is one of the greatest mechanics of all time (GOAT status). Ive brought this shop some vehicles that were on their absolute deathbed and they dont hesitate to give it to you straight, no scamming, no upselling, just good trustworthy work. Only shop I would ever take my cars to in the area. The only reason this place has anything less than 5 stars is because theres reviews from a DECADE AGO before it was even Stadium Auto.
Precision Tune Auto Care - Tallahassee
Brett Tolbert: I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided at your facility. This location’s operations are utterly deplorable and reflect poorly on the brand. My aunt’s vehicle, covered under a CarMax warranty, was serviced at this location. Initially, the staff assured us they were equipped to handle the warranty process. However, after diagnosing the issue, it took three weeks of persistent follow-ups to submit the warranty claim, as the manager—reportedly the only one authorized—was repeatedly unavailable due to court appearances and vacation. It then took nearly a month for repairs to commence. The transmission replacement, which should have been straightforward, spanned almost another two weeks, with the mechanic frequently reassigned to minor tasks like oil changes. Promises of updates were consistently broken, and claims of “two hours left” on the repair dragged on for days. We were forced to visit the location repeatedly to ensure progress. After nearly ten weeks, we retrieved the vehicle, only to find radiator fluid spilled all over and a cat having pooped inside the vehicle while in the care of these mechanics. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I provided my contact information for the owner to reach out, but I doubt this will be relayed given the mismanagement I observed. This location’s incompetence, unprofessional staff, and abysmal management tarnish Precision Tune’s reputation. I strongly recommend avoiding this facility for any services. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the corporate offices.
    Autoworks International - Tallahassee
Neil Schlupp: Driving from St. Louis to Marco Island Florida and our AC went out on our 2016 BMW X3. After several calls all over Tallahassee I found AW. Was told to come in and we will check out the vehicle and get you on the road asap. Had compressor issue and AW had the replacement part the next day. Put a mechanic on this job that morning and was on the road by noon. Truly thankful for all the effort to get this repair done and what was a fair price for the repair. Thank you Robert, the owner, Cyrus and Danny for their help and professionalism.
