1 /5 Alexa Lavallee: Ive been coming to A&A every months for a little over 2 years. I usually get acrylic with a solid color or French tip with a "nude/not pinky base". With that said. They do the best job in Jax & Ive recommended my family and friends to them over the past 2 years.
I went in a few days ago and the guy was shaping my nails after gluing down the tip & I noticed 1 nail was starting to look like a triangle & not almond... I mean Im going to have to live with these nails for a few weeks, right? I asked if he could redo it & he got angry, pushed back his chair, threw his haves up & told me to go over to someone else. He said " Im done with you. Youre always difficult when you come here and nobody likes doing your nails here". I was honestly so shocked. The only reason why I may be "difficult" is because I dont want crooked, bubbly thick nails. When I get my toes done Ive always gotten an acrylic on my big toes because Im accident prone lol. Theyve always made my big toes match, but lately the acrylic one has been so poorly done and they say its not possible to make it look good (which is not true because theyve been doing it for years).
Im very disappointed in the customer service here. I get it if I was a rude person, but this was uncalled for. Very unprofessional and its sad to say, but I will be taking my business somewhere else.
