1 /5 Norman Musil: My sister saved up money to get her hair done for the first time and a day or two after the color she started seeing how red it was when she wanted brown, Amy then blocked my sister from her personal phone and from calling the salon to get her hair fixed. This is not how you address situations and is poorly managed. Do yourself a favor and don’t get your hair done by her, extremely horrible customer service and an even worse color job. Her blonde is orange and her brown is red.

1 /5 Olivia Farren: If I could give this salon a zero I would. I got my hair done two days ago by amy I asked for brown hair with icy blonde underneath. What I got wasn’t even close. My hair is so red and my blonde is orange she didn’t even tone my hair. Honestly the whole time I felt like she was doing whatever she wanted. It looked great at first until I got in the sunlight and realized my hair is literally ginger. I then texted her asking if she could fix it she then said I would have to wait a month! I proceeded to tell her that’s too long and id rather do it myself and that I would like a refund or a partial refund she then blocked me. I can’t believe how immature and selfish she is. If her hair was ruined and can’t get a refund or even fixed before the holidays I’m sure she would throw a fit. This salon is terrible and childish. Thank you Amy for ruining my hair before the holidays.

5 /5 Bullets Fastpitch: Love my stylist, Amy! She always does and amazing job. She does both of my teenage girls color too. Great pricing as well. So glad we found her.

2 /5 Kristina Prikryl: Hair was absolutely beautiful! Makeup did not reach up to professional standards and I couldve done a better job and it was extremely expensive, not glam and I had to fix most of it, and my products were used. The person is no longer there so I am not bashing the other stylists at all, but I was extremely disappointed in the outcome of this because I was in a wedding and had higher expectations. I do not live in the area so I wouldnt go back, but if I did I would see one of the other girls. Again Im posting my experience with a previous stylist. Not the salon itself.

5 /5 Kristie Staub: Jess was absolutely amazing, she made me feel very comfortable I felt like a million dollars walking out of the salon. Best experience ever.
