I waited a month to have owner do my hair. I showed her pictures of how I wear my hair, we talked for 4 minutes, I physically showed her with my hands how short I wanted and where. I told her I wanted it to be really blonde. Simple highlight with one blonde color and a cut. Done it myself so I know what my hair does.
She had me in the foil for 1 hour before rinsing out. I was there for 2 hours. I told her I didnt want it blow dried, but she did it anyway as "a check of color" she said.
When I got home and started checking it out (after the supposed blow dry check) I found one side was way shorter, there were extra long pieces ( not sure how she missed that!!). Not only that but my bangs had a 1/2 inch difference from right to left as well as a 1/2 inch wide spot 1 inch shorter. Looked like a missing tooth.
My side burns where colored differently and were very noticeable. One of the worst cuts and colors Ive ever had. Most expensive cut ever and I had to fix it all!!
