    Tyler T: I would not recommend this Auto Repair pros shop to anyone. I brought my camper van in for a basic tuneup before I went across country as prevent preventative maintenance. The condition that I picked up the vehicle in could’ve easily killed me and my two dogs as the engine idle very rough and when I got on the highway and went above 45 mph, I could only punch the gas all the way to the floor or coast. If I put on the gas a little bit, the whole engine would shake and stutter. it was also impossible for me to use cruise control, or the engine would shake and stutter when a little bit of gas was applied by the cruise control. Work performed: They did a Ford van engine tuneup for me And said I needed to have my ignition coils replaced Which they did. They kept my van for 4-5 days and consistently misled me on when my van was going to be ready. It was always today, today, today it was finally ready 4-5 days after I dropped it off. I prefer direct communication and if you don’t meet your time, you just communicate. I had to constantly ask them what’s going on with my van. When I picked it up the engine idled badly and when I got to 45 mph and beyond, if I put a little bit of gas on the engine would stuttered and shake, and then, if I punched the gas it would accelerate. So over 45 mph you could only have the pedal to the floor or coast. I brought it back to them and told them the problem. They kept it for 24 hours and never looked at it. I then went to a different mechanic today who replaced all eight of the ignition coils and he said the problem was: auto repair pros stripped three of the bolts that seal the compartment, that They broke the seal gasket, that 1 of the 8 ignition coils had water in it and that inexpensive ignition coils (pic attached) that were not OEM for my Ford van, where installed. I also attach a picture of the correct ignition coils that should’ve been used which are Ford Motorcraft. So I had to pay $1400 to auto pros for their faulty tuneup and ignition coil replacement job leaving my engine with three bolts that were stripped, no seal, cheap ignition coil parts used and water in one of the ignition coils. I Then had to pay for the job to be repeated today for $1400 after an 300$ engine diagnosis and now my engine idols perfectly and runs great. So to fix auto repair pros $1400 work it cost me an additional $1700 in total. I don’t recommend Auto Repair Pros to anyone Unless you want your vehicle damaged. I will now have to put it in a credit card dispute for incompetent services provided As they did more damage to my van, then if I had never brought it there. They could also have killed me And my dogs as I could not drive the van correctly above 45mph (see above) 05JUN25 update: After the company responded less than 60 minutes To my review and said to go to their shop so they could make amends to this complaint. They said it was no problem and I could not have been hurt or injured after I explained that driving over 45mph I could only drive with the gas pedal to the floor or coast and If I applied a little bit of gas, the whole engine shook And stuttered. They refused to credit my credit card due to incompetent services provide Which left me and my dogs in a very dangerous van where my dogs and I could’ve been killed on the highway. I do not recommend using auto repair pros unless you want them to damage your vehicle and potentially leave you in a dangerous situation.

    Mera Moto: I was referred to Hollywood Car Shop by my good friend who was a service advisor at the VW car dealership Ive been going to for over 20 years. Someone accidentally crashed into my passenger car door on Easter Sunday, thankfully that person offered to pay for the damages. I went into Hollywood Car Shop, where the owner, Angelica, immediately looked at the damage and gave me a quote (I honestly was expecting the damage to be much worse or expensive, the quote seemed like a good price). I then sent the quote to the person who crashed into my car, and she went to the shop to pay for the damage directly. I took the car in on the morning 4/22 and I was in shock when on 4/23 in the afternoon I was advised that the car was ready for pick up. I came in this morning and the car is in perfect condition, like nothing ever happened. Which is a relief since its a leased car and you have to return it in good condition. The car was also beautifully detailed, shining like a diamond after it got a much needed cleaning. I am very grateful for Angelicas honesty, kind attention, fast service and excellent body work on my car. I highly recommend Hollywood Car Shop to anyone looking to fix their cars.

    Frantz kanon: This is the worst shop I ever went” On Friday June 27th I towed my pickup truck there because I’m a member of AAA their referred me there and I chose to take the chance, The truck was cranked fine but don’t start. On Saturday June 28th I got a call from them told me that my fuel pump is the problem I need to replace it, At first they charged me 650$ after discussing things it went down little bit cause they work with AAA members, You receive some type of discount which is not a lot, Monday June 30th I got a call from them said” ohh I need to replace my brackets if not my tank will fall off” Keep in mind the truck were there for not fired up. Tues July 1th at 9:30am they called told me that my truck give them a nightmare now they need to change the fuel filler neck cause the original one were totally broken blabla. Again remember the truck were there cause it didn’t want to start and they will call me back, which is I never receive any calls from them again till 2:30pm while driving to work i decided to call them” That’s when they said it’s almost done they already started it it ruining fine etc. I said ok well I won’t be able to come get it today cause I’m already heading to work, So tomorrow I’ll come. Wednesday July 2th I went they charged me 677$ and 57c I paid the full amount and took the truck drove home but I can feel something was wrong” I’m not a mechanic but I’m not stupid. Since I was kinda rushing because i left my daughter home alone plus i need to prepare stuffs for work, I just wanted to make it home. I made it home and later I drove it to work, On Thursday July 3rd still I feel something were wrong with the truck. But still I drove it to work and cameback home later that night. On Friday July 4th I went to pickup something at my friend house I parked the truck went inside and when time to leave truck don’t want to fire up” Same problem I had days before, So I left truck to my friend house catches uber to go home also to work that day. Saturday July 5th I gave them a few calls no ever pick up, I called AAA to pickup the truck at my house and took it to the shop near by my house.After serval test the owner of the shop told me I needed to change the fuel pump. Keep in mind this is the job I had already paid 677$ 57c for. I told the guy he cannot be for real because I just changed few days ago here the receipt with the amount they charged me.He told me trust me the problem is my fuel pump.He charged me 564$ to drop the tank and charged it etc. I was there whole day watched them working on my truck, they ordered a brand new fuel pump inside the box unopened” took off what they had put in from the previous shop it look totally different to new fuel pump. They put the new fuel pump in check everything else to making sure all were working properly, After that truck fired up fine they drove for 20min to check sure there were no leaks or any type miss fire just like how I felt when I went to get the truck at Mika great bear auto. Unfortunately everything were fine I paid the amount of 564$ I drove the truck home same day with no difficulties. While at Mike’s it took them 4 days just to change a fuel pump. This my history with them so if you guys go there expect same thing might happen to you depending on your situation. I highly not recommend to go there because they not loyal to clients. And I kinda know what happened but im not giving any details here.

My car shutoff on the highway and he was able to come to the house to assess what was wrong, order the parts, and later fix up my car all in my driveway. It really helped I didn’t have to tow it again to a shop. He also helped my husband find parts that he’s been struggling to find for his truck. We will be using him any time in the future. It’s awesome having someone be so easy to work with and trustworthy. 10/10 would recommend every time! Can’t wait to use his services at the shop as well.

    Jesus Joaquin Enmanuel Martinez Arias: Awesome place, I brought a BMW 328i and it had a few warning lights on, everybody ask me big money for replace almost everything on it, they check my car, went beyond a regular five minutes diagnose, replaced a sensor and re-programmed the car. Now I have no warning lights on and my car runs smooth and nice. Best shop in town!!!!
