1 /5 SABRINA Compton: This office has been terrible since they moved to this new location. They cancel your appointments. They reschedule your appointments without telling you and then when you show up, they tell you that you are at the wrong time when you know what time your appointment was I got blood work back in September here it is December and I finally had them just print off the results for me because they will not go over them with me. I’ve had a stiff neck for two or three months and I can’t get in to see my doctor because they always have an excuse or a lie on why you can’t be seen

5 /5 Cary Weatherlow: This is my father’s PTP and the staff and Dr are caring and compassionate with the care they provide. They supported us through a tuff time in my dad’s medical issues. We couldn’t have managed without them all in this office fr the nurse to the Dr to the gal who answers the phone!!! Thank you!!!!

1 /5 Joann Macchiarella: i agree with Bob Evan’s, i don’t know what kind of people work there, i too have to follow up on my referrals,, i went in Sept, was told to go for a mammogram to IMI, THEY DONT ACCEPT MY INS, Then when i was going to call for an appointment i noticed that the referral was not in my name, it was for someone else,, Now it’s November i still have not heard from them regarding the referral for my mammo!!, i am changing doctors this year and good riddance to Access Healthcare!!!

One of the top examples of insolence founded on ignorance Ive encountered... •Receptionist: Its 2:03, well have to reschedule. Remember, 1/2hr early? New patients forms?? •me: I was here a half hour early filling out the paperwork in front of your office inside my car with my wife. Can you explain the difference between having it filled out within your office or without? •R: so, can we reschedule this appointment? •M: can you first answer that one simple question? •R: ..(defining silence as Im the only patient in their office) •M: uh, no. Nevermind my bulging artery.

1 /5 Bob Evans: This is THE WORST PLACE FOR MEDICAL CARE I have ever been to. THE WORST!!!! These people that work there should be embarrassed. I have had to literally drive over to their office a number of times to make sure referrals were sent. I had to sit in the office and watch as each referral was sent because they promised they would do it previously on the phone. Just last week my physical therapy doctor canceled because she didnt receive a referral. She then said she called them and they had the wrong number. She then said they would send it right over. Nothing. She still hasnt heard from them. I just had a call today from my dermatologist that my surgery has been canceled this same day because, guess what, no referral was sent. Unbelievable. DO NOT patronize this place!!!!. I repeat DONT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!! The absolute worst.
