Lisa randomly calls you back and leaves a snarky message about you not answering and tells you to call back the same number that they don’t answer and you can’t leave a message. 4. I message Lisa back 34 hours ago and Lisa still hasn’t responded. 5. I message Lisa asking to escalate to someone that can actually help me as I am disabled and need help. 6. I will no longer deal with Access healthcare and will begin to find a new primary care physician so I get out of access healthcare altogether… 7. Companies shouldn’t let disgruntled employees chase off patients.

1 /5 Terry Lambert: The incompetency of this office/doctor is appalling. Fattah does not work well with his patients or the doctors who sent them for tests. My husband WAS the patient, and we have been trying to get a hold of the office for a week and a half for the results of his tests. His hand surgeon has also tried repeatedly to get a hold of him. Fattahs acts like he is better than everyone else and that his time is more important that everyone elses. Never again. Do NOT recommend! Find someone who cares!

5 /5 Seamus Purcell: Dr Fattat is in a league of his own when it comes to treating his patients, he has treated me for nearly two years now, he really cares and shows empathy to his patients medical problems. I always feel better when I leave his office. His front of office staff are also very professional and gives great service, Rachael the office manager always greets you with a smile. I would certainly recommend his services.

JAV JAV: Great experience with the team. The girl at the front desk wasn’t very forthcoming she didn’t greet me and when I asked her questions she seemed a little too “busy”. Everybody else was super great, love that everything is digital. The checkin nurse was very nice and seemed caring. The Dr was fantastic she was very nice and explained everything well and she even apologized for having to take an emergency during our session and explained that she would be back. The Dr seemed very caring and showed concern and listened very well.

For every veteran on here, the above numbers are some very important numbers to call if you’ve been mistreated or not got the care you deserve and are seeking. Believe me, they will get you what you deserve, very, very quickly. Been in the VA system since 2013 and this specific location for a couple years. I never found it necessary to call OIG or The White House Va Hotline on any location in the 11 years I’ve used the VA. I’ve called probably 5 times on this facility in the last year alone because that’s the only way to get these folks to do the job they’re paid to do. And every time, either OIG or the White House Va Hotline has had a desired result by the next day (literally).

He took me from facet injections, to caudal injections and these findings proved that I was a candidate for RF ablation. He explains each process of the procedures and tells me what he is doing during each procedure and what each step should feel like through each treatment. If you are reading this and suffer as I have, just imagine one single day with 99% relief. I am now experiencing 4-6 MONTHS without debilitating pain. Tiverly Wint: My son and I have being in this hospital for some time now. PCU room 11. We have been here for about two months. The first two weeks he received excellent care but then i noticed that he had different nurses almost daily. Inadequate nursing staff - especially on weekends. Some nurses gave very good care and other nurses were not good caregivers. When I point out that my son was not being turned appropriately & regularly the staff would get upset and had a bad attitude. One nurse actually told me that he would no longer be my son’s caregiver. I am really upset - my son is supposed to be turned every two hours and he was not. He came here with a small skin tear on his butt and now he has a big sore on his butt. When I shared my concerns with the nurse -he or she would have a bad attitude and complain to the supervisor -that i am disrespecting the staff. I always spoke to them calmly & privately in my sin’s room. But the nurse who was taking care of him got upset and said I disrespected him. These patients needs to be handled gently and patiently. they can’t speak for themselves so family should be encouraged & supported to communicate on behalf of the patient. I would not recommend this hospital because of all these reasons.

Within 2 minutes of Dr. Craig examining my foot he diagnosed the problem. I am so thrilled I found this group. And, all of the ladies in the office are wonderful.
