2. You will get a return text from Lisa who says that she has added you to her list and will call you back.
3. Lisa randomly calls you back and leaves a snarky message about you not answering and tells you to call back the same number that they don’t answer and you can’t leave a message.
4. I message Lisa back 34 hours ago and Lisa still hasn’t responded.
5. I message Lisa asking to escalate to someone that can actually help me as I am disabled and need help.
6. I will no longer deal with Access healthcare and will begin to find a new primary care physician so I get out of access healthcare altogether…
