1 /5 Purple Flame: ok lets talk about the doctor did not get rid about the affects that making me prevent to sleep. i had a phosphene eye so google it up then. i dont want to take that medicine because its gonna get worse. like bruh why my parents making me turning into karen and now i am not exist anymore or either a karen stoles my soul. 1 /5 Susan Rhubottom: They really dont know how to deal with mental health people very good. Ive tried to change my medicine. Doctor because shes just not good for me. And they tell me no, they wont change my doctor I have to work it out. I dont think thats a very good mental health place. Because you shouldnt do that to a patient Also, there was a mix up with their pharmacy. The pharmacy told my doctor I wasnt picking up my medications and I had 3 bottles at home. But my medicine doctor would not believe me. She kept asking me, Susan. Where did you get the medication from? And I kept repeating myself Yall gave me three bottles ahead of time until my program went through to pay for the medication

1 /5 Genny Verdone: I am so disappointed and upset with this healthcare facility. My granddaughter has been seeing a doctor there for over a year. We are always early. sometimes we have to wait past our time and the Dr. apologizes. This time traffic signals and a line at the facility made us 8 minutes late. The woman at the desk asked the doctor if she was ok with that and the doctor said no!! What kind of caring is that? My granddaughter needed to see this psychiatrist and there was no compassion, no understanding. This place does not care about its patients. I never felt that the doctor even remembered my granddaughter and she only wanted to keep dispensing pills and collect a paycheck. Wow!

1 /5 Nicole Harris: I would love to leave a good review because I really like my therapist. The problem is the inconsistency of care. This facility has an on going shortage of therapist which makes it very difficult to make progress in your individual treatment plan. I dont know why they cannot secure enough therapist and perhaps they should stop taking new clients. I have never experienced this type of inconsistent mental health care. If you are need of weekly or bi-weekly support, please go somewhere else. I see my therapist once a month and I need to move on myself.

For every veteran on here, the above numbers are some very important numbers to call if you’ve been mistreated or not got the care you deserve and are seeking. Believe me, they will get you what you deserve, very, very quickly. Been in the VA system since 2013 and this specific location for a couple years. I never found it necessary to call OIG or The White House Va Hotline on any location in the 11 years I’ve used the VA. I’ve called probably 5 times on this facility in the last year alone because that’s the only way to get these folks to do the job they’re paid to do. And every time, either OIG or the White House Va Hotline has had a desired result by the next day (literally).

I was with another behavioral health provider for 2 years due to my insurance and limited providers in the area and was ready to give up on finding a new/decent provider. I am beyond thankful I gave this practice a try. Kelly was nothing short of professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. She actually listened to my needs and met them.

Connie Wills: This staff is the best! Dr Berryman has been amazing. He found the exact reasons why I was living in such pain and has pinpointed the areas that needed to be treated. He took me from facet injections, to caudal injections and these findings proved that I was a candidate for RF ablation. He explains each process of the procedures and tells me what he is doing during each procedure and what each step should feel like through each treatment. If you are reading this and suffer as I have, just imagine one single day with 99% relief. I am now experiencing 4-6 MONTHS without debilitating pain. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tiverly Wint: My son and I have being in this hospital for some time now. PCU room 11. We have been here for about two months. The first two weeks he received excellent care but then i noticed that he had different nurses almost daily. Inadequate nursing staff - especially on weekends. Some nurses gave very good care and other nurses were not good caregivers. When I point out that my son was not being turned appropriately & regularly the staff would get upset and had a bad attitude. One nurse actually told me that he would no longer be my son’s caregiver. I am really upset - my son is supposed to be turned every two hours and he was not. He came here with a small skin tear on his butt and now he has a big sore on his butt. When I shared my concerns with the nurse -he or she would have a bad attitude and complain to the supervisor -that i am disrespecting the staff. I always spoke to them calmly & privately in my sin’s room. But the nurse who was taking care of him got upset and said I disrespected him. These patients needs to be handled gently and patiently. they can’t speak for themselves so family should be encouraged & supported to communicate on behalf of the patient. I would not recommend this hospital because of all these reasons.

Within 2 minutes of Dr. Craig examining my foot he diagnosed the problem. I am so thrilled I found this group. And, all of the ladies in the office are wonderful.

They helped ease my anxiety before the procedure and I felt very safe with all of them. The anesthesiologist supervisor Mo I believe his name is was also so sweet to me as well as the anesthesiologist that was a woman. I forgot her name but they were all very thorough with what they were going to do and what would happen. It was overall a great experience despite my anxiety.
