5 /5 Kris Bentz: We took our Cadillac CT-6 in and had the transmission and torque converter replaced. From start to finish, the entire process was performed extremely professionally. Ron (Services Manager) is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and maintained a strong level of daily communication the entire way. Chase (Owner) is very connected with every job that comes in and he performs a final inspection of the work done before any job leaves their shop. Accurate Automotive Repair really is The Tip of The Sword. Highly, Highly Recommend !!!

5 /5 margaret hansard: My husband and I have used Accurate many times and have always been pleased with the work and repairs that were done. I took my SUV in for an oil change service and tire rotation. A couple of small issues were found and addressed, also was told that my battery was bad and I should address that, I told them that I had purchased the battery about 1 year ago and was told to return to the place I purchased the battery as it should still be under warranty, I went to the auto parts store and was told there was nothing wrong with the battery. I called Ron at Accurate and told him that the auto parts were telling me the battery was good even when showing my receipt from Accurate showing the testing, Ron spoke to the person at the store and was told the same thing by the store. Ron told me to go ahead and go home that there were not going to warranty my battery. Within 2 hours I received a call from the regional manager for the auto parts store instructing me to return to the store that they would be installing a new battery under my warranty. Ron went above and beyond in reaching out to the company . In this day and age you don’t see customer service at this level. Accurate Automotive and Ron are awesome !
