Jerry Henderson I went to two auto repair shops, to find out what banging on my drivers side front. Wasnt satisfied with the diagnosis and cost. One place told me my lower ball joint was a little bit wore,and it was safe to drive. The other place wanted over 2,000.00 to repair. Went to Tire Kingdom in Inverness, I told Alan my problem and he had his mechanic take it for a test drive. Not only did Alan tell me the problem, he showed me. My lower ball joint was about to pop out. Told me how dangerous it is to drive. Quoted me a very fair price for repairs. I do hope that Tire Kingdom appreciates, cause I do. Thank you Alan

alexandra connor they will sell a dud tire and have no accountability to replace tire or even care to negotiate. then try to sell a new tire for $240. for your own sake just go to walmart for a tire or a dealership even. which is crazy to compare tire kingdom to a dealership when they’re supposed to be decent priced idk if it’s just the management of this location or all of them. but don’t waste your money look around. it’s not expensive and great quality it’s expensive and bottom-mid tier work.

Tim Hawn No way to give zero. Made a 7 am appointment four days ago. Arrived on time not open all bays full. They asked what I needed and I told him I had an appointment and he told me it was changed. I then showed home the email sent at 6 AM confirming. No techs until nine and a bay full of cars means appointments are a waste of time. He also told me that it’s an issue. That kind of care means to me don’t trust them with your car.

Sarah My car shut off on my daughter and I while driving to the store. Being new to the area and not knowing anyone its hard to trust that people wont rip you off. I googled mechanic shops near me and came across this gem of a place. Josh is who I spoke to when I called. He got me right in and had my car fixed and brakes done the next day and at an affordable price! I will be a returning customer for any of my automotive needs. FaithHOPE Love1979 New to the area, after seeing Joes garage small family owned shop which was turned over to Murphs Mechanical I read many reviews and this is the best place in Inverness if your car is in need of anything! My truck needed tires he pointed me in the right direction extremely cost effective then did an all wheel alignment and oil change. Went back today for front brakes and the prices are extremely reasonable! I will definitely be back to support this small business for any further maintenance my vehicle needs.

Tom Tutone This place will have my business for ever. I took my own tire in and it was changed and balanced within a half hour. I had to go back and have a second tire done and I got the same treatment. Priceless service. Prices are very affordable too.

We ordered the very expensive part and he found that it was actually a damaged wire. He told us to return the part...he could have easily kept it or the old one as the part is fir a 2004 truck and very hard to find. Very honest, very reasonable. Highly recommend.

robert p merrow Asked him to replace brake pads on driver side frontanx change my oil and got charged 480 bucks lol plus he didnt return the extra set of brake pads . Claimed both front calipers were seized.i know only 1 side was a issue as I just replaced the pads on passenger side 3 weeks ago

Timothy Lukaszewski Worst tire experience of my life. Went to the store on the 7th. Requested 4 tires, a specific tire. Was told they dont stock that specific tire, but they have a comparable tire in stock. Made an appointment. Showed up for appt only to be told that the tires set aside are passenger rated. The original tire that I requested was a 26575r16 lt. Have to now modify my travel arrangements and reservations on the last day and pay additional fees. Thanks, Michael, for screwing my travel arrangements up.

Doc Customer service is on point and always measuring everything out perfectly. From headlights to bed gps units they will do it right the first time. Dont hesitate to give this business your hard earned money.

Mike S I brought my Avalanche to them in January after they rebuilt the front suspension. I thought that there might be a problem with a suspension part, because I heard a clunking noise and one of the tires was wearing on the outer side. It turns out that there wasnt an issue at all after they checked it thoroughly, including checking the alignment, which was still okay. They even rotated the tires, not charging me for that service check or service interval. In February, they put on rear brake parts that I had bought, to include the brake hoses from the frame to over the axle. The owner stated that he had never seen those go bad ever in 40 years of experience, and gave them back, telling me to take them back to the parts store for a refund. This ended up saving me money for parts that I didnt even need to replace. They are honest, fair, reasonable on price, and efficient in their repairs. They also repair older classic vehicles and have someone they know where you can go for paint and bodywork on older restorations. I would highly recommend them to friends and family when they need their vehicles repaired. They are straight and honest shooters!
