5 /5 Donald Sabarese: Like most people I’ve never been a fan of the dentist but Advanced Dental has changed my opinion. From the minute you walk in you’re greeted by such friendly people. The Dr’s and the hygienists where all great and took the time to explain what exactly they’re doing and never seemed rushed to get you in and out. I highly recommend Advanced Dental Wesley Chapel

1 /5 Selena Wright: I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy! If patients experience a fraction of the trauma I did, I understand why patients are scared to go to the dentist/doctor. I have a HIGH pain tolerance and was in excruciating pain during my entire gum cleaning and when I told the periodontist, Dr. Catania, he had no compassion or empathy whatsoever. Just continued to be rough and told me I might just be sensitive to pain or highly hormonal. A professional would listen to the patient, adjust to their needs, maybe take breaks if in pain, and be gentle. And when I told him I didnt want to continue because of the pain, he told me hes "not going to twist my arm to stay." I couldnt believe he talked to me like that as a patient that his paying him! So unprofessional. I would never come back and dont see how he is even employed dealing with/talking to patients like this. I have been going to the dentist twice a year since I was a child and this by far has been my worst experience as a patient anywhere EVER.

2 /5 ANDRES DELATORRE: At first, the service was good, but over time it has become very bad. The wait time is at least two hours if the appointments are in the afternoon. Due to a poorly done treatment, I had to be sent to another clinic to fix the bad work. It seems they do not have the capacity to properly serve their clients. All appointments have a one-month wait. This clinic is definitely no longer recommended.

I had to come for a tooth extraction, before I went to my appointment, I pacifically told them a month before on any tooth extraction or surgery I need to be sedated because of my anxiety. On the day of my appointment they told me they were not going use any seduction or laughing gas. I told them wait I’m not going to be sedated? They said they weren’t going to use any sedation or laughing gas because they weren’t aware of my concern. They have to understand going to the dentist for some people are nervous and may have an anxiety. I asked for the manager. The secretary told me she’s not in the office. She’ll call you the next day. For three days, I have waited for the manager’s call no call. I called them on the third day I finally had a manager on the phone. I explained to her about my concern, she explained that The dentist who was going to do any future, extractions or teeth cleaning on me, will not continue any service with me. Because his feelings were hurt when I told him I need to be sedated. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. They are not concerned about the well-being of their customers

1 /5 Fifi Raymond: I do not recommend anyone going to this dental office. They frequently charge for things that they don’t bill to your dental insurance even though it will be covered. I was told I needed filing that was done so poorly, it came out a week later. I went back and the same dentist “attempted” to fix her mistake only for it to fall out and cause inflammation two weeks later. After I went in a third time, they tried to cover it up and tell me that my tooth was already cracked, even though that was never mentioned the several appointments I’d have prior and then proceeded to tell me that I need a root canal and a crown for about $1200. I asked for my medical records to get a second opinion, which they delayed for weeks. And after getting a second opinion that I don’t need a root canal, they are now telling me that the surface the dentist worked on is not the surface that fell out. I’m being disappointed at the lack of accountability that these professionals are presenting. Even though the documentation they provided and they have contradicts the doctor, I was just dismissed. I spent months trying to get them to resolve this all while suffering the pain of my damaged tooth and as much as I wanted to give them an opportunity to fix this, it’s clear that they just don’t care. I STRONGLY suggest finding another dentist.
