From the moment I spoke with Kim at the front desk, I felt taken care of. She didn’t hesitate—within minutes, we had a treatment plan in place. It was clear they genuinely cared about helping me, not just getting another appointment on the books. This office is different. The people here truly care about the everyday person, and for once, I can say this: this is a dentist for the people.

Fabian Quiroz I called AJK Emergency Dental when my father had a severe tooth pain that was bothering him. Dr. Nag prescribed him antibiotics in the meantime and pain killers. Once we arrived to our appointment the staff was nothing but friendly. They were honest and transparent about the procedure, cost , and what was truly needed. I never felt rushed or pressured for extra services. One teeth extraction later and my dad is feeling way better. Would recommend to anybody needing an emergency visit.

Melinda Gately I got a new pair of dentures made here. Ive previously had dentures for years and it was time for a new pair. They go through this whole 8 week process which makes you believe that they know what they are doing. When I got my new dentures they are crooked. The whole top denture plate is crooked. When they made the mold they had to redo it which made me think oh these will be right. WRONG. When I got my denture set he didnt even fit them to me. I was told to call back and make an appointment in a week if they still rubbed in spots. But charged my insurance for a denture fitting appointment. The dentures look like little chittlin teeth. They are to small for my facial structure. I left there crying at the way I look. Its sad honestly the dentist doesnt take more than 5 minutes in your room and has long wait times alot of the time. He overbooks himself and cant spend time listening to my concerns. Do not go here for dentures.

Travis Avoid this place if you value your time. I had a 10:30 appointment as a new patient and knew something was wrong when I walked in and the staff was yelling at one of the patients (who stated his appointment was over an hour ago and he was still waiting) that they were understaffed and that he could cancel his appointment if he wanted to. I should have walked out then but against my better judgement I sat down and noticed several others were reporting the same thing, that they had been there for over an hour past their scheduled time and were waiting to get their teeth cleaned. I gave the place the benefit of the doubt and waited, but an hour later I noticed that people who were coming in with later appointments were getting in before me and the others. This was the last straw for me. If you as a business owner or medical provider cannot staff your business adequately so that you can actually meet the appointment times you schedule with your patients, you should not offer appointment style scheduling. Your front staff also needs to to improve their social skills and learn manners, they were demeaning and rude to anyone who addressed the scheduling concerns with them. I’d probably still be waiting if I hadn’t cancelled my appointment. Save your time and find another dentist to go to.

Liz Y I’m leaving this review because I care! Dade Cities location was clean, calm and caring. This has been my second best experience with dental care. Thank you for your time and the level of ease, for one of my most feared endeavors is the dentist. I feel comfortable here. All I can do is give someone a chance. Hopefully this review does something for you. This location was kind to me. That’s all I can say.

NJ Gilchrist Absolutely the best pediatric dentist office! Denny is amazing & always works around our schedule. We needed an emergency extraction & she got us in within 10 minutes of calling. Dr. Pandhi is great with the kiddos! Not only is the staff wonderful, the office is beautiful! Don’t let the outside fool you! We definitely recommend! Five stars all the way!

Jay Patel I brought my child after reading all the positive reviews and I was not disappointed! My son is very scared of doctors but Dr. Pandhi was able to calm him down from the beginning, easily finished his treatment and made him choose a toy from a treasure box when we were leaving. Most doctors, especially dentist do not have so much empathy for their patients but the entire Kids Dental Express went above and beyond! Highly Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Selena Wright I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy! If patients experience a fraction of the trauma I did, I understand why patients are scared to go to the dentist/doctor. I have a HIGH pain tolerance and was in excruciating pain during my entire gum cleaning and when I told the periodontist, Dr. Catania, he had no compassion or empathy whatsoever. Just continued to be rough and told me I might just be sensitive to pain or highly hormonal. A professional would listen to the patient, adjust to their needs, maybe take breaks if in pain, and be gentle. And when I told him I didnt want to continue because of the pain, he told me hes "not going to twist my arm to stay." I couldnt believe he talked to me like that as a patient that his paying him! So unprofessional. I would never come back and dont see how he is even employed dealing with/talking to patients like this. I have been going to the dentist twice a year since I was a child and this by far has been my worst experience as a patient anywhere EVER.

ANDRES DELATORRE At first, the service was good, but over time it has become very bad. The wait time is at least two hours if the appointments are in the afternoon. Due to a poorly done treatment, I had to be sent to another clinic to fix the bad work. It seems they do not have the capacity to properly serve their clients. All appointments have a one-month wait. This clinic is definitely no longer recommended.

Monica Blanco The receptionist and the doctor are too rude people. My grandmother went to evaluate her there and since she does not speak Spanish and they did not have any translation system, they treated her extremely badly to the point of making her cry. The receptionist Carla covered her ears so as not to hear her and I just called to try to talk to the doctor and he left me talking alone and hung up the phone on me. Thats not the way to treat people EVER.

Melvin Wyman Went in to my cracked upper plate fixed. The next thing I know I am getting the full work up, imaging my bit and everything else. I didnt anything else other than super glue and buff the plate. It a cost $870.00 for $250.00 job will never go back.

Smiley It’s just sad you know here it is you have a medical problems. Don’t have the insurance you need to get the problem fixed and you have to rely on providers like this. So the first time was my primary care doctor, which was a woman she was too much in a rush then I care then I wanna listen to my problem what was going on? Now I get a referral for my hip and they can’t even give me a referral because they give me the wrong referral for the right instead of the left so I drive 30 miles to my doctors appointment to see Florida orthopedic doctor just to get told we cannot see you. So depressed so upset I am in a lot of pain and you go to a doctor for help and they don’t even help you or even offer any type of comfort just hang the phone up on you. It’s not their problem they can care less.

Nurse disciplinary action 2. Mandatory staff sensitivity and diversity training 3. Formal apology to my fiancé **Administration, please investigate promptly.** This isn’t happened on March 24, 2025

sasquatchlove1 The dentist trys to charge you for more without explaining whats he is going to door if he is even going to do it. He covers the paper with his hand hoping you dont pay attention to the details only telling you the total $ amount. When I pointed it out on the paper before he started, after being numbed. He just insults me about not being able to afford it. I was able to afford it, the principal is he didnt give me a choice if I wanted to put a bone graph in or not. What if it my belief system not put another person/animal bone in my body? Was he actually going to do it or just pocket the money? People pay attention!!

Sabrina Smith Such an awful experience. I went in for a routine checkup as a new patient, PREGNANT so I pushed myself to do it. But was having no pain. After my appointment, (which was a very harsh and traumatic cleaning, along with a money grab list of things that were “wrong”,) go figure. One thing after the other is wrong, I am having gum pain and soreness that have now turned into an infection and am having to go somewhere else to treat. I regret ever coming here, now I’m suffering and am afraid for my health and my baby’s. If I could leave no stars I would, be warned folks!

Jaime Shaner Ive been going here for years without too many problems until my last physician he didnt listen to anything that I wanted or needed to have done he just wanted to do what he wanted to do which caused me a lot of dental problems so I didnt go back for a long time. I recently got an infection under a crown that he put in which Ive always had problems with this crown and I paid out of pocket for it but now he is no longer at the office and even though I had to do an emergency Telehealth visit and pay out of pocket and I had to call four separate times to be able to get an actual appointment instead of being told I had to walk in at 7:00 in the morning the new physician that took care of me was great I got the new physician that took care of me was great I got an emergency referral for oral surgery and a new appointment to get everything reassessed so I can get my dental work restarted. The new dentist did more for me than the old one did for me in 5 years he could have saved me a lot of money time and aggravation but instead he almost cost me my entire smile. I cant tell you how happy I am to have a new dentist and Im hoping that from now on I will never run into the problems that I had from Dr Peralta he was the worst dentist I have ever had but other than that this facility is nice in clean and they work with your budget I would recommend them and if you do not like the provider that you are given dont be quiet like I was tell them and they will give you somebody new

Donna Summers I am ashamed to say it had been way too long since I had been to a dentist because of the unpleasant experience with my last "group practice" I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience at Cerillo Family Dentistry. Dr. St. Charles and the staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. They did not push products or services and in one visit I had x-rays, a very thorough exam and cleaning and set me up for a six month follow-up. I have to say all my years of anxiety of going to the dentist are now over in just one visit.

It was for my son and my was able to be with him for the entire duration of the visit. Stefanie was excellent. She had to do a few takes of the X-Rays because of my son adjusting himself from the discomfort of that process. I will be making appointments for my spouse and myself soon.

Ulises Torres Trash… No professionalism .Secondly they can’t even take a simple x-ray. They make you bite down then THEY move the device against your gums causing irritation . I have been to many dentist offices not even in the military would mess up this bad on something so simple like an x-ray. I just told them to stop and walked out then they began to argue with me. gonn crazy I want people out there to know that as good as everyone might say this dentist is, dont be fooled. His inability to do an extraction cost me a 1D barrel horse that had to be retired due to the nerve damage that 5 surgeries caused. Instead of referring me to someone else when he could not complete the extraction, he assured me that he had removed all of the tooth, when in fact he had not, which caused another major problem of infection and damage to two adjacent teeth which have since had to be removed due to the damage done by this dentist. Just beware and look for elsewhere for a dentist that can do what needs to be done. And after all of this I find out that the tooth really did not have to be extracted, it could have possibly been fixed.

Dr.Burbys office was recommended and I knew I could no longer put off my visit. I first met with the hygienist and right away so made me feel comfortable. She was so gentle, talked with me all the way through my deep cleaning, and explained everything she was doing. She was very gentle and super sweet! After, I met with Dr. Burby and again very sweet, thorough, and explained everything to me! My experience was so pleasant and his whole staff made me feel at ease. Shane Raymond Asked if they take care of impacted wisdom teeth over the phone and told them it was infected. They still told me they should be able to pull it. I go in get charge for 81 dollars in x rays and they told me I got to go to a oral surgent to get it pulled. When they told me over the phone they pull impacted wisdom teeth. It was a scam for x ray don’t waste your time with this dentist
