1 /5 Bill Godwin: Please pick another dentist. The receptionist is a horrible person. I contacted them about changing insurance. The person I spoke with told me I had an outstanding balance of $45. I was just there less than 2 weeks ago and spent over $300. I thought I asked her a pretty simple question in reference to the amount I spent. This cost of $300 was with dental insurance and all they could tell me is the insurance doesnt cover any of the procedures. Apparently dental cleaning either. The billing personnel have no idea what theyre doing. When I asked a question about the procedures when they charge me $300 was to pick up a book with the codes thumb through it and look at me like Im mentally challenged. Clueless!!!!!!
