Haley Lindley I’m so thankful to have found this office. I haven’t been to a dentist in 15 years because I’m too scared and I just brush my teeth religiously to avoid it. I went in nervous and left having had so much fun! It was a wonderful experience with Wendy cleaning my teeth and seeing Dr. Windham. He was thorough and honest about my gum health and they’re not a place to try and lure you into coming back for money. All I need is to continue coming back for regular cleanings. Any other place would have probably given me different news and it would be another 15 years before I see a dentist again. Wendy was patient, thorough, and you can tell she enjoys her job. I can’t wait for my next cleaning! I’m going to take some cucumbers to lay over my eyes next time, as that’s all the experience was missing! I left feeling like a million bucks with a pretty and clean smile!

Bonnie Durham When you walk in the office throughout the whole visit there is an atmosphere of positive energy and everyone works together like a well oiled machine. Richard Aston All the staff where very polite and professional. Dr Hasnson was excellent at explaining the root canal procedure and alternatives. He was able to do the root canal the same day, and I was pain free during the whole procedure. Would recommend Dr Hanson and staff if you are looking to have the same procedure done.

Daphney Kernizan Needed a root canal and I was very nervous but Dr. Hanson and his staff were all amazing. He explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions. He made sure I was comfortable and had all the numbing pain I needed. My insurance was out of network but his staff even made sure to send the paperwork needed to my insurance to make a claim. He updated my primary dentist promptly and it was such a smooth process from start to finish. Grateful for everything.

Everyone from the receptionist to Dental technician and the dentist was friendly and worked very hard to make sure that I was comfortable and not in any pain. Drew McIntosh My boyfriend had to get an extraction and a partial crown, and everything went so smoothly. The extraction was fast and easy—way better than we expected. CeCe, the dental assistant, was absolutely wonderful! Super sweet, patient, and explained everything really well. You can tell she cares. Overall, a great experience and we’re really thankful for how well they took care of him.

Josh H Hate these new teeth do not recommend find somebody else to go too ! spent 3500 for root canal & 2 crowns other tooth is bigger than other asked could he shave down to make them match didn’t.. The temps the lady put on me after he did my root canal looked way better ! Can feel the crown on the top of mouth every time I bite down. Basically played in my mouth talking bout how good they look one bigger than the other

S C Staff and Dr Collias were amazing! Very pleased with my new smile! And I am extremely picky, so that is saying a lot. Dr Collias is one of the most friendly doctors I have ever met. I have had teeth problems my entire life and have met a lot of Drs. He even gave me a discount to help me out financially.

Dr. Wall understood exactly what I didn’t like about my teeth and the subtleties that really bothered me. They made me feel more than a patient- they treated me like I was their friend getting her teeth done!! My teeth look perfectly natural ! I’m so happy and the travel back and forth was completely worth seeing Dr. Wall and his team!

Jack Thomas I have been going to this office for roughly 3 years. Every time I go into Dr. Wall’s office I leave with a smile on my face. All the hygienist are extremely friendly, professional, and very good at their jobs. The ladies at the front desk are also great and some of the nicest women I’ve ever met. They are always happy to see you and make you look forward to going back to the dentist oddly enough. I would highly recommend and have done so to many friends and family.

PCC-WAGA My dental assistant was friendly and patient. She did a great job. Dr Kennon really had no comments for me other than everything looked good. They schedule you and get you in right away too

They are highly satisfied as well. They even managed to see me for an urgent situation,when Hurricane Michael destroyed their office. Highly dedicated and explain my options to me very well.

I was treated with respect and kindness from minute one. I am a wimp with dentistry, but each person was soothing and Dr Ott took special care to make sure I had no pain! You will not find a better place to have your dentistry done. These are true professionals in every sense.

Kirby Amber (Kirbee) The doctor really worked with me considering my insurance wasnt accepted. I had to pay out of pocket & he gave me a discount so I was able to get my tooth pulled the same day I went in. Which was amazing! Ive never had a tooth pulled, so it was a good experience. I felt no pain and so far, this is 3 days later, the extraction site seems to be healing well. I would definitely choose this as my permanent dentist if they accepted my insurance, so thank you doc! I really appreciate you!

McKailey Chance If I could leave zero stars, I would. I’ve never in my life been in such bad pain after a simple cleaning. A CLEANING should not involve having your gums punctured 3 times per tooth. My mouth is in such bad pain, and I am still bleeding 2 hours after my appointment. After three bad experiences in a row, I will no longer be going to this location. I wish I had the name of the girl who did my cleaning today. She blamed my pain on not flossing twice a day. I floss at least every other day, so it’s really not that big of a deal. She hurts people on purpose.

Brick M Do not go here if you want your TIME and MONEY to be WAISTED. This place is a scam and a joke. They lost my x rays and tell me I never signed releases when I have COPIES. They continue to lie and gaslight me. The people working at the front desk deserve to be fired or put through more training. Everyone at the front desk is polite and nice but there is no way they are this mentally incompetent . This situation has been going on for 3 months now and has genuinely effected my mental health and waisted an obscene amount of my time. I just want a refund at this point. The hygienist was rude to me as well. Before you come into work you need to fix your attitude. I understand we all things going on at home and nobody is perfect. I work retail full time I understand but you can’t go into work and treat your paying customers rudely. The service here is absolutely unacceptable. I only go here as a last resort I don’t have money to go anywhere else. My teeth hurt I just need help. I will never be coming back. Please do better. you guys need to do better so you can help low income family’s who are suffering from enough issues.

Victoria Richter The staff up front was amazing and all the ladies were very kind. The price I paid wasnt bad either. However the dentist I saw was a completely rude & unprofessional. Andrew Norton to be specific. He made rude comments and tried to refer me “ somewhere to be sedated “ after I already paid. I barely moved and he made that comment. I was trying to tell him I wasnt all the way numb and could feel what he was doing. He did not care and persisted to be extremely ruff. This is also the same guy that multiple moms have had issues with him mistreating their children. Don’t trust sending your child in the back with him! A grown man that can’t control his entitled emotions shouldnt work in the public and especially not with children. You will reap what you sow!

Sherilynn Sailers I cannot express how pleased I am with this office!! I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, via IV sedation, and I was so so sooo nervous. The front staff greeted me with smiles, and never made me feel like I was a bother when asking questions. Dr. Brinker did my surgery, and along side him was Taylor and April (I believe) as well as his nurse - I was definitely out of it so I think those are the names! I don’t care how good of a doctor you are, what really matters is bedside manner and how well you treat your patients, and they were TOP NOTCH. They understood my anxiety, and just worked with me… Their smiles were warming, and I truly believe they are what made my surgery seem so easy. Could not recommend them more!!!

Vball Coach Dr. Claussen‘s office is one of the cleanest, and most Professionally run, oral surgery offices in Bay County. The friendly staff, and Dr. Claussen’s amazing bedside manner made me feel very comfortable while getting my tooth extracted. It only took him about five minutes and I was in and out pain-free. I would recommend anyone with a dental problem pay them a visit.

James Lehman Was here for my autistic son to have his wisdom teeth out. The staff was very understanding and stuck it out as the difficulties of trying to start an IV continued. They all worked well as a team and got the job done. I wish I could thank them all in person again

Amber Paulk They don’t deserve a star. For them to say that they care about kids is a lie. I took my son in for a routine visit, the nurse came out when they finished and said that my child has four cavities and that the front will schedule, when I went to schedule I asked if they could do the fillings all in one visit or can they break up into two since my child was getting braces in a month I figured that would be enough time. Nope the front office lady said that they were six weeks out and that they could only schedule one procedure at a time, ok but when I asked about scheduling for the fillings she couldn’t do it. So you expect my child to walk around with cavities and possibly destroy the gums in the making. But they care/ also wanted to add that found a dentist that will do ALL fillings on ONE DAY!!! THANKS FOR BEING ALL THAT YOU DO!! ALSO YOU ARE VIOLATING HIPPA, THIS IS NOT THE OWNER THAT RESPONDS ITS THE FRONT LADY!

Deborah Demustaylor Wonderful office! My son ( my middle child) does his best when I am not in the dentist room hovering over him, when they let me go back - he was acting up for no reason , so I went to the waiting room to wait for his cavity to be fixed. The Dr was gentle and the dental assistant said he did so good without me in the room!! Now I can enjoy myself in the waiting room on my phone, and understand why they don’t like parents to go back to the treatment room with their child unless they are 8 years old and under! Victoria Campbell 0 star review! Front office lady is always very rude to everyone. Won’t see my child because when she called to confirm the appointment and I told her I would call her back to confirm because I needed to make sure someone could get my child there, she confirmed anyway and made it 3rd no show on her own. I asked if I didn’t call back before they closed, to cancel the appointment and i would reschedule but she took her upon herself to confirm the appointment and make it where my child couldn’t be seen there. This is not how a dentist office should work. I wonder if Dr Rahim knows how she treats and talks to parents? Replying back: So it’s “policy” for your front desk lady to confirm an appointment when asked not to?! Absolutely ridiculous!!

Bill Godwin Please pick another dentist. The receptionist is a horrible person. I contacted them about changing insurance. The person I spoke with told me I had an outstanding balance of $45. I was just there less than 2 weeks ago and spent over $300. I thought I asked her a pretty simple question in reference to the amount I spent. This cost of $300 was with dental insurance and all they could tell me is the insurance doesnt cover any of the procedures. Apparently dental cleaning either. The billing personnel have no idea what theyre doing. When I asked a question about the procedures when they charge me $300 was to pick up a book with the codes thumb through it and look at me like Im mentally challenged. Clueless!!!!!!

Paola Caballero This place is literally a GOD SEND. I needed a tooth extracted ASAP due to intense pain and my regular dentist refused to see me. I got sent to this place and let me tell you. They took my pain seriously and immediately told me to come in. I also gave them a heads up that I was expecting and they went above and beyond making sure nothing they gave me would be bad for the baby. As son as I got to the office the wonderful receptionist (I am so sorry I forgot your name but it started with a C) was in the phone with my insurance making sure they would be able to pay for the service. The doctor and his dental hygienist were super sweet, making sure I understood everything that was happening and that I was comfortable the entire time. They had to give me anesthesia three different times because of the pregnancy and the tooth being so bad but I am so glad the doctor actually listened every time I told him it hurt too badly. The tooth was pulled in less than a minute and I was in instant relief. This was a truly amazing experience and I would absolutely be changing to this dentist. His sister in law is also pretty amazing. Both have wonderful practices.

Erica Thayer Ive been trying for months to contact this place AFTER I scheduled my appointment, I had questions for them that went unanswered because nobody ever answered the phone then suddenly I get a confirmation text for the appointment. What happens if I have surgery or a procedure and there are complications? Cant contact this dentist office for nothing. Not the type of care I want and I canceled the appointment. Since canceling my appointment they have sent several text messages and their excuse is they are busy, accused us of not leaving voice mails when we have left several spanning 2 months back. Be warned this is the type of " care" to expect. How is it they can text but STILL cannot return a phone call??

I have always been very nervous and apprehensive at the dentist office, but I was treated very professionally and put at ease at this office. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful and I will be returning to get a lot of work done over the course of the next few months and I feel confident that I will be well Taken care of . Cheri Sparks I found this dental office after my partner wanted a change from where he was going. We are both very specific in the way we like our teeth cleaned but are very different from each other lol. From the moment we walked in to the building it was warm, welcome and inviting. The receptionist is extremely nice. The areas where you get your teeth cleaned are immaculate, inviting and they play great music softly in the background. The dental techs are super nice and do a very thorough job. I always chat and was surprised to learn they’ve all been there for years. It just shows how nice it is to work there and reinforced we made the right choice in switching dentists.

Amber Regan I can not recommend this dentistry enough! We just moved to the area and I was searching for a dentistry that could get me in for an exam specifically for my chipped wisdom teeth. They got me in incredibly fast, and when I explained that I needed to pay out of pocket for my procedure to remove my wisdoms, they were more than happy to help. They called me a couple days beforehand to go over exact pricing, which I REALLY appreciated so we knew how much we were looking at, and the day of my procedure, my dentist and his assistant instantly made me so comfortable, and I didnt even feel the shots he did in my mouth! Front desk is always so kind, helpful, and a warm welcome whenever you enter and leave. The dentists are extremely knowledgeable, definitely know what theyre doing, and are also super nice! I will absolutely be coming back to this dentistry in the future. I have healed perfectly fine from my procedure, and even if something went wrong, I could call them and I know they wouldve taken care of me. Thank you so much to this entire team of people for the best dental experience I have ever had!
