1 /5 Deborah Craig: The girl who did my teeth cleaning was very nice, however, she took x-rays of my teeth and told me the dentist would be right in. She told me later that he was busy and she could not pull him out of whatever it was that he was doing so he would look at my x-rays later and they would let me know if there was a problem. When I was at the desk, I found out that the doctor had actually already left. When I went to pay my bill, she told me I didn’t owe anything because I had a credit. At first she told me it was $23. And when the other girl said that wasn’t correct, she looked at the screen and said oh never mind, you are clear to go. I asked her what that meant and if I had a credit and she said oh, yes, $180. For the last year. No one bothers to tell you these things? Do they just keep our money? I’m very dissatisfied with my visit. She told me after my bill came if she remembered, she would send it through to corporate to get my money back, but it would take six weeks. I will find a new dentist.
