Shannon Pennington The office was awesome! From the receptionist to the doctor to the hygienist. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I’ve had terrible experiences elsewhere and was not excited about bringing my kids in for cleanings but they were all amazing!!

Ashley Jones Front staff were great, the hygienist Mary was spectacular and extremely informative. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because I didnt feel comfortable having an on screen doctor instead of an in-house doctor for my new patient visit. The teledoc dentist didnt give much information on my teeth. I received all of my helpful information from the hygienist. I feel as though it was really impersonal especially for a first time visit.

Jessica Vilorio It was only my first time at the practice, but I’ve been actively avoiding the dentist for a couple of years and was very nervous about the whole visit. They immediately put my mind at ease. I will say that they are very thorough. I don’t think I’ve had that many pictures taken of my teeth ever in one visit. They developed a treatment plan and did warn me about what it would entail. Was well worth the wait of a visit. Queen and Dr. Sada were great!

Jane Sabosik I had my first Dentist Appt.,today. Gulf Coast Dental Associates,in Inverness,Fl. I gave it 5 stars,cause I was anxious going to a new Dentist,for myself. It was to my surprise,everyone on Staff were so nice & friendly. I had a great Dental Assisitant,Cheyanne,she was very sweet & very gentle,taking my xrays. Then Dr.Kevin Lopez,was my Dentist. He was very gentle & extremely specific on my xays. He explained what he was intending to do. So when I have my next appt.,with Gulf Coast Dental Associates,I will post another review in another week.I was so relaxed. Kathy Carlevale Total rip off establishment. I am 69 years old, and have been to numerous dentists over the years, and have always been complimented on my good cleaning habits. At Aspen, (i am now retired, and they are my insurance network) they told me I must have a deep cleaning. Total lie. Went back to regular dentist, and paid out of network cost for a regular cleaning, which they confirmed was all that was necessary. Months later, i had a chipped tooth, and tried Aspen again, for insurance benefits. Had to wait over a week for an appointment, and had it ex-rayed and looked at, only to be told, go home and come back later for fix. I probably would have, but I asked about a cleaning, and was given the same BS story about how I first needed to be accessed for what type of cleaning I would need and then i could come back later to get it done. Been there already. They want extra appointments and unneccessary work to inflate their income. I now have to pay out of network costs to get normal, decent dental care. Totally unfair that my network provider will not provide me the proper service for which I am entitled, without doing, and charging me, and inconveniencing me, for work I dont need! Aspen Dental is a disgrace to the profession.

Douglas Lynn Dental treatment was superb. Billing was a complete nightmare and I would recommend NO ONE use this company because of how they bill. Required excessive payments (after being asked to confirm insurance coverage) and then would not refund the excess when the work was completed (between $5,700 and 7,200) without putting it through a "ticket" review that would not be resolved for 90 days. On-site billing representative was completely unable to answer questions and, upon referral to corporate, they WOULD not do anything but say the ticket was under review and no other update could/would be given. Bottom line, keep your money in "your" pocket and do not use them!

candi campbell I had an emergency dental my molar cracked. I reached out The Aspen Dental of Inverness. They were able to fit me in short notice. Dr Lee was extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional. He gave me a thorough consultation and his pricing was reasonable compared to a lot of Dental offices. The office staff Sharon and Julia the hygienist were so friendly and empathetic. I received world class customer service during my visit and support after my dental appointment. I highly recommend Aspen Dental of Inverness.

Joan Johnson First impressions are lasting impressions. This holds true for me, and the Dr and staff of Christie Dental did not disappoint. The first person I encountered (the gatekeeper) is usually where the journey starts, whether good or bad. She was warm, professional, welcoming and friendly with a smile on her face and in her voice. I love the cheerful atmosphere and the evident camaraderie in the working relationship between the Doctor and his staff. I sensed that their goal is patient first. Faye DeGon I was greeted by a staff at Christie Dental, Meadowcrest, who were friendly and very efficient processing me as a new patient. My appointment was taken exactly on time. Then I was taken by an x-ray technician for complete pictures of my teeth. The Dentist came into the room to Introduce himself and I thought, how nice and personable everyone was. When I was leaving, the sweet ladies at the front office said goodbye.

tabatha kempton I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I got at this office. Wow! The staff had such great chemistry with each other. They were singing and smiling and it just felt good to be there. My dental hygienist was fabulous, she had great communication skills a positive attitude, she was considerate, thorough and rather funny. I enjoyed my time with her very much. She was from Chicago and I hope she never goes back! The doc is also wonderful and very friendly, who knew I would have such a good time laughing and connecting with staff…. at a dentist office?! Heads up…. The Doc LOVES dark chocolate, and the girls up front like milk chocolate covered pretzels, so if your going to see them… bring them a sweet treat. Luke Vallery Dr. Goh is amazing. Had wisdom teeth removed and crowns installed with possibly the least amount of discomfort. All with only local anesthetic and not put asleep. The staff is all very friendly and punctual. Any questions were answered and i was not left in the dark when making decisions on treatment plans. kylef4225 Thank you Dr. Monique, Trey, and the rest of the amazing staff for quickly setting up an appointment and taking wonderful care of me. I had an infected crowned molar that need immediate attention and were able to do a root canal the same visit after evaluation. I wasnt looking forward to a root canal and feared it would be pain full but it was quite the opposite as she made sure there was no pain and the procedure took less than 30 minutes to complete. Best part is i didnt have any pain afterwards and was able to go about and enjoy my day. I cant believe Ive been ducked by my dentist, he has a little toothbrush ^^ ❤️

They took me in the next day gave me a temporary. I needed a bridge and it’s beautiful. I couldn’t ask for a better job with great people.

Deborah Craig The girl who did my teeth cleaning was very nice, however, she took x-rays of my teeth and told me the dentist would be right in. She told me later that he was busy and she could not pull him out of whatever it was that he was doing so he would look at my x-rays later and they would let me know if there was a problem. When I was at the desk, I found out that the doctor had actually already left. When I went to pay my bill, she told me I didn’t owe anything because I had a credit. At first she told me it was $23. And when the other girl said that wasn’t correct, she looked at the screen and said oh never mind, you are clear to go. I asked her what that meant and if I had a credit and she said oh, yes, $180. For the last year. No one bothers to tell you these things? Do they just keep our money? I’m very dissatisfied with my visit. She told me after my bill came if she remembered, she would send it through to corporate to get my money back, but it would take six weeks. I will find a new dentist. I will be calling the corporate office myself

Minerva Napier This is the only dental office Ill go to here in Crystal River. Pricing and service are both phenomenal. Free dental x-rays/exam annually PLUS a fair-priced fee for cleaning and I go every 6 months. Dental Hygienist Jennie has so helped me to improve my oral/dental health that Ive gone from periodontal disease (inflammation) where I had to get a cleaning every 4 months to now normal gums (no gum inflammation) every 6 months. I met Dr. Moore this last time and shes also fantastic - good listening ear and encouraging. Above all, they are honest. Ive been to other dental offices which were dishonest and insisted that I get a deep cleaning which I already had done in 2014. Ridiculous. This is the ONLY office I will use for all my dental health. They also are great at fitting you in if youve got a dental emergency. A+

Ann Marie Ayers-Williams From the moment I walked into this facility, I knew I was in the right place for my tooth extraction. As I need to be sedated, its the only way and the best way. Dr. Patel and his staff are pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. I felt safe and comfortable. Post-op-WOW! While I have had sedated oral surgery in another state, this was the best experience ever! No pain afterwards and the next day there was no swelling, bruising for me anyway. I highly recommend Citrus Oral & Facial Surgery 1000%.

H Im 53 and never even had a toothache so I was a bit concerned when I fractured one of my upper wisdom teeth and it needed to be extracted. I had some concerns because I have a very large sinus cavity and the roots of my upper teeth go into my sinus. Dr Patel did my extraction and Did an excellent job. I never had any pain or swelling whatsoever ( I also followed his instructions to a T ). He is fabulous, as is his entire staff. They are kind, caring and compassionate. They made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions or concerns I had. He is the best oral surgeon around and is the only one I trust. Btw the office is so clean and sterile you could eat your lunch off the floor. Thank you so much Dr Patel and staff!! You guys are awesome! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needed oral surgery.

Denise Stancel Disappointed with this place. I called and left a message on two separate occasions to schedule a cleaning for my daughter. Nobody bothered to return my phone call. When I finally did get a person on the phone, they told me they no longer take her insurance. Really?! You couldnt have sent a letter or something to let me know that?! I had to start all over again finding a dentist. Found one today and its a three month wait for a new patient appointment.

Maria Parker I went to my appointment today 04/29/25. Everyone was very nice, and I dont have anything negative to say about this Office. What I would like to point out, is they have you fill out quite a packet of paperwork before you show up for your appointment, in this case I was a new patient, after I filled the packet out and got there, I was advised that because I had a hip replacement on my right side in December, they couldnt do anything for me at the appointment other than take x-rays... My suggestion would be that they put some type of verbiage in the new patient paperwork that clearly states if you have had a surgical procedure in the last 6 months, you will not be seen by the Dentist. It seems like it would be a very simple clerical correction on the new business paperwork. This was a major inconvenience for me.. I took time off work from my very busy job and went there thinking I was going to get my teeth looked at and hopefully a cleaning at this appointment, What I got done was just x-rays and told have a nice day.. I would have gladly waited until after 6 months if I would have had knowledge of that stipulation when I filled out the new paperwork. This is just a thought, I feel like it would be beneficial to everyone!! Once again everyone was really nice!!

Oliver Bewsey Emergency Visit - On Monday evening, I shattered an upper crown on something in my salad. The crown completely exposed the tooth, right down to the gum line. So completely missing. The following morning at 8:30am, I called the wonderful folks at Smile Design Dentistry in Inverness. To my surprise I was told to come in immediately, and they worked me into their busy schedule. Doctor Z and Monica were amazing! They took X Rays and explained everything, and basically said the repair was a “no brainer”. I was so happy that everything went so smoothly. A huge thanks to the kindness and very special attention I received from Monica and Dr. Z and the team at Smile Design Dentistry!
