1 /5 Andreina G: sadly, not what I wanted at all. I wanted highlights. The color is way to dark. Inexperienced Stylist, and I mean seriously terrible Constance admitted she messed up cutting my hair and cut one side shorter, one side longer. The next few days the long pieces were naturally falling on the shorter side. I trimmed two long strands but still such a choppy hair style. Had another stylist appt to correct this mess of a hair cut. Had a groupon and still paid $65 on top of the groupon cost of $43. Also oversold me on balayage which I did not need since I had short hair and even shorter now due to her mess up, she cut out the Balayage anyhow! Stylist claims she is experienced, maybe just experienced at screwing people over. I disputed the charge and she argued "she did her job" no matter how poorly it was done. Find another stylist that will listen to what you want as this person does NOT!
