1 /5 Destiny Prisoc: I would give zero stars if I were able to. I made an appointment with them as a new patient and then they cancelled my appointment due to “covid” and couldn’t see anyone face to face which I understood. They were doing TeleMedicine video calls but then for some reason that wasn’t an option to me.. they said they weren’t doing them anymore which makes no sense to me because if you aren’t seeing patients in person or on video chat then how are you treating your patients?! So I called back a couple days later explaining to them why I made the appointment and that it was time sensitive and I needed labs done to figure out what was wrong with me and they gave me the run around, then told me to go up to their office the next morning to fill out paperwork and they’d make me an appointment. I went up there first thing in the morning and all the doors were locked. I tried calling them but they are the worst about answering the phone. You’re on the phone for at least 10 mins before getting through to someone and then even after that, they put you on hold for even longer. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do not recommend. AT ALL.
