5 /5 Deb Davis: I saw Dr. Foppe in the ER at Lake Wales in March of 2021. He was very kind and immediately focused on the issues I was having. He was informative and accurate in his assessment of my illness. I have since followed up with MULTIPLE MDs that have all missed the mark related to this particular issue. If Dr. Foppe had a general practice I would be his first patient. Im a retired ER nurse by profession and so Ive had experience with many, many physicians over my career and in my estimation hes one of the good ones!

1 /5 Adriana Hilliard: One of the worst doctors I have EVER encountered. No bedside manner,condescending,and is a direct insult to the medical community. He does E.R. in Mobile,Alabama for USA and even the staff were aware of how much of a pretentious god complex having individual he is. Im following this with a formal complaint on Monday. No person should receive care from this individual.

1 /5 Greg Checki: This Doctor is the epitome of bad in so many ways; one, he was very personally insulting, two his advice was flat-out wrong and to simply say it borders on negligence is to say I often dream of bordering France. He had no bedside manner and didnt care, despite seeing me multiple times. Turns out the GI may have erred on the procedure so I suffered for weeks, largely in part bc he wouldnt read or give a damn. He actually make assertions that were borderline true, if it all, and released me w no rx odesperately a fairly trough scenario. He even insisted on scan all adhesions or strictures, which they dont and is widely know . If I didnt have a good GP and faith in my body, he could have killed me. Merry Christmas Doc, you ruined that of my whole family and you deserve little else

4 /5 Tax Timothy P Deegan: Came in as a walk in to get corona testing . Mark was courteous, informative and caring. I read the review posted by Don Johnson about Dr Foppe and then read the other reviews the same guy posted and he appears to be a complainer. I had no issue with Dr Foppe. Hes licensed, certified and kind.

5 /5 Sharon Johnson: This doctor saved me after suffering 10 days of Covid, and giving up. Extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and found the right treatment for me immediately. Thank you Dr. Foppe.

Breanna Canarie: Overcharged me for my visit and billed my insurance twice for the same procedure. I spoke with them about a refund and they told me they were working on it. I called back a little over a month later and they claimed they had no record of me even talking to someone and then denied my refund saying that I had future visits coming up and they couldn’t refund me. They are crooks. Go somewhere else.

Kaitlyn Friedman: If I could give this hospital a 0 I would!! I have never had such a horrific experience in my life! I went in because I was having pain in my ankle that I previously had surgery on as a child. They put me in a room in a corner in a wheelchair I couldn’t move myself. They kept putting people that said they were sick or had Covid in my room. Gave shots in peoples butts in front of me. My mom moved me to a recliner chair by herself which was disgusting but I needed to put my ankle up. A lady came in who was a nurse and told me the hardware in my ankle is loose and they have to do surgery. I waited 10+ hours for a room. Never saw a doctor only a “admitting doctor” who just asked me what I’m allergic to and what medications I take. There was one lady who was running around with shots in her pocket. She said she’s a paramedic and there’s no nurses on the floor right now. She asked to borrow my charger for a patient who was sick. They didn’t give me pain meds for hours. When she came in to give it to me she asked where my Iv I told her I don’t have one. She then was looking for one. I told her I am not a veiny person and she needs a ultrasound. She told me she found a vein and I said that one looks very tiny and I think it will blow. She said “we will see.” She then blew my vein OF COURSE!! She ran away with me screaming and crying.LEFT ALL THAT BLOODY STUFF ON MY CHINESE FOOD!! Didn’t treat the injury she gave me!! My mom looked up what to do and put a really cold paper towel on top with pressure and looked for someone to help me. The leader nurse came in and talked to me about giving me an IV in the morning and staying. I said I want to be transferred she said no because they have the equipment here to treat me. I left against medical advice. I went to Baptist in downtown Jacksonville they said I had a sprain and that this was an unnecessary surgery and that they never heard of such a thing. My x-rays were the same as it was 4 years ago no movement or loose screw. So in conclusion they put me in a corner in a room that wasn’t even my own with no bed and in pain. I didn’t see a doctor and they put me in danger of getting sick by putting these sick people in my room who confirmed verbally they were sick. They gave shots in front of me to other people in their private areas. They didn’t give me pain meds for hours. They blew my vein and could’ve done a unnecessary procedure that could’ve broken my ankle or harm me for life. I am so upset!!! (By the way I have been here a couple of times and they always are rude and make you wait very long and you see them treat people so inhumanely and disgustingly… old people and black people I’ve seen them be extremely rude while nice to young white people… I thought it was just a coincidence but this hospital really is racist! They as well had a 12 year old boy screaming and crying for his mom and the paramedic was rolling her eyes and laughing and said I’m glad he isn’t my patient… (which was during this experience btw) THEY HAVE NO CONSIDERATION AND ARE INCOMPETENT but even though I’ve witnessed this none of lead me to write a review until this experience !) THANK GOD I didn’t have surgery there. (Blue X-ray is 2020 and purple is 2024 looks the exact same)

Christy Holt: Im so thankful thats where I went when I was sick. They took extraordinary care of me. I was so impressed with the cleanses of my room. I could not ask for a better care from the nursing Staff on the fourth floor. The food delivery people were super professional very nice. The nurses aid that took your blood pressure and status. Every three hours were very nice. I could not have been in a better place. I have the best surgeon in the whole area. Dr. Fletcher is amazing. I cannot say enough about Santa Rosa Medical Center, thank God for them! I was there 9 days. So I had time to see a lot experience a lot.

DarkValkyrie512: My mother was practically neglected while she was staying her. I found her wet in her bed and she said she had been like that for an hour. The nurse was rude to me and trying to pick a fight while we were in the ICU with my mother. Not to mention they kept pressuring her to do procedures she felt were unnecessary. Avoid at all costs. You and your families deserve better care.

Camille Hazelwood was phenomenal, easy going, she has a non anxious presence. Puts you at ease. She is also thorough and asks questions. I could tell she was thinking while we were talking. She works with you. She wants to empower you and helps you to trust your own body. Listen to it. So thankful i found her!!
