1 /5 I. Charron: WARNING***** if you were referred to this office by your PCP or insurance company read this first****Last week, my mother had an appointment with this cardiologist. My mother had an EKG done at the office that made her look like a medical anomaly, and the Doctor never questioned whether the EKG was done Correctly, Instead he proceeded to have my mom do bloodwork and chest x-ray, and schedule an echo, it seemed that he wanted the EKG to be abnormal so he could justify billing the insurance company for all the extra stuff. I wonder how many people have been, taken advantage of or are being put on medication they don’t need to be put on. The following day I went to a Carespot Urgent Care to get a repeat EKG. The EKG came out normal. The reason the EKG came out normal is that they have the medical knowledge and the common sense to takeoff her Apple Watch, made her lay down and remove her bra before proceeding with an EKG. None of those things were done at this cardiologists office

1 /5 Holly Morgan: Worst office possible. They cant accommodate an appointment change after we got hit with the hurricane. They dont care about the patients, just that they get their equipment back. We have no power, and dealing with the backlash of the Hurricane Milton, but yes let me rush in to appease their schedule. Its bad enough the Dr has no bedside manner and left me in a situation where I felt my voice wasnt heard but now this with his staff. Hard pass!

5 /5 Sue Conn: The front office staff is extremely important to me. When youre not feeling well and you go to a doctors office and the staff has this patronizing and condescending attitude with you like they dont even care that they work there, I have no need for the doctor then. I was referred to Dr Agamasu and was very pleased with the friendly professional staff. I also appreciated his recommendations and medicine changes, which I followed right away.

1 /5 F R: Zero stars if I could. My husband was brought to the Lake Monroe Hospital by ambulance. DrAgamasu kept him there for one week. He had multiple echocardiograms taken, and an issue was never reported. DrAgamasu applied a patch on my husbands shoulder, and put him on blood thinners. He went on to explain in details that this treatment would clear any blockage in his arteries. When my husband pressed DrAgamasu with questions, he became agitated and responded that he was absolutely sure his could rule out the heart. He added: "listen... Im not ready to risk a malpractice suit on this one!" The hospital discharged my husband without a clear diagnosis, and without having had a chance to consult with his doctors. The staff told him that he was on the mend and went him home without oxygen -even though he had needed some during the night. My husband was admitted to the Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute the very next day. It took one echocardiogram to reveal he had a 90% blockage in his arteries. He was immediately taken for surgery, and didnt survive: his heart valve was leaking profusely, and his lungs had deteriorated as a result. Today, I feel I have the moral obligation to protect DrAgamasus patients: he should immediately go back for training, and be supervised when interpreting an echocardiogram. My husbands cardiologist couldnt believe how DrAgamasu could say that any type of heart blockage could be treated without immediate surgery!!! The Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institutes surgeon could not believe how dire my husbands situation had become, and kept murmuring: "if only we had seen him sooner... even a couple of days..." Because of this, I feel DrAgamasus incompetence greatly contributed to my husbands passing. We were married 32 years, and this doctors gross mistakes made me a widow... Please, DrAgamasu... for the sake of your future patients... be humble and go back for training without delay!
