3 /5 Anna: I do not have any issues with the providers or the staff, but a physical privacy concern. My exam room did not have a privacy curtain. My provider noted that she did not like that exam room because of that issue, which points to this being an issue for more patients. Doctors and assistants can be as accommodating as they want with not opening the door as wide, but if someone were to pass by the room at the same time the door is opened or if care was not taken to not open the door wide, then the patient is exposed and vulnerable. This is something that needs to be rectified immediately, with temporary fixes (such as a room divider) until the problem is permanently resolved.
