Emmanuel Blackmon: If I could give this Mechanic zero stars I would! He came to my house to service changing spark plugs and coils. A couple months later I find out he only changed five spark plugs & dropped one down by my fan radiator. Thompson Auto Repair showed me the issue when I noticed my fan began to rattle days after John from Gear Pro finished the job. I tipped this guy $50 as well. I feel like a fool. They haven’t answered the phone since. Terrible business to say the least

Rich Pasiuk: I was driving down from NJ to Florida for one week when my Ford Excursion would not start at a rest area near Titusville. It was Saturday and I started to Google a repair shop that had high ratings. All Care Automotive showed up. I have been wrenching my car for over 30 years. I never send my car to the mechanic. Despite being stranded, it was important to me that I take my truck to reputable shop. I spoke to the shop and later dropped the keys off Saturday afternoon. They promptly called me Monday morning and arranged a tow truck to bring my Ford back to the shop. I mentioned I thought what may be the problem but they did their own diagnosis to be sure. It was my fuel pump. They promptly fixed it and agreed to hold the truck till I came back up north with my rental. I was impressed with their follow-up fair pricing. They asked me ahead of time if the tow price was fine which I appreciated. The truck ran perfect. This is a straight up shop with good customer service and fair pricing. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good automotive repair shop! Rich from NJ

Roxanne Milholland: I took my vehicle up there to get looked at as a second oppion as I was told from the last place I took it, it might be a transmission issue so they referred me to them so after leaving my car with them all day he said it wasn’t in his opinion not my transmission it was the inner axel ( cause the main axel was already replaced) so upon me asking questions out of normal conversation Jamie the owner proceeded to walk out the office and said he will not work on my car and I was super confused and I asked him I’m not sure how I pissed you off? He threw his hands up and said “I don’t know if you have a problem with your transmission I can only tell what I hear” but I took my car there because they”specialize” in transmission issues. He was very rude and basically told me eff you without saying it. I will never recommend you to anybody. It was mind baffling to me the way he treated me. You my SR need to get better people skills and control your anger. Thank god I didn’t pay you anything
