1 /5 Tom Mime: UPDATE!! Over $10k was spent and the professional mechanics couldn’t get it right. I’m completely confused! I’ve been working with Blue Collar Pet Transport for years with rescuing dogs. It was very exciting to see that they were able to move forward with the bus project to help with transporting Pets in and out of Florida during national disasters like we suffered this year. I myself have donated money to assist with this project. I have looking over everything from emails to invoices and how everything played out I can’t believe this Business was comfortable with taking $10,000 from a customer and being OK with them literally driving away completely unhappy. If they knew how much this affected an organization of people that only are here to help then maybe they would understand why a lot of people are not gonna be happy with how this establishment handled this situation. We know about the entire scenario and you guys being unhappy with it, taking longer to get the money from Mr. Hardy but you have received the entire agreed-upon amount and allow that man a drive away with literally nothing but a link to find another mechanic because you no longer wanna do what you have to do to get that vehicle running right! This is highly unacceptable and every penny should be given back so that the right people can get the job done

5 /5 Daniel Casper: I had a great experience with Premier Auto Care. My trucks check engine light came on, they diagnosed it , explained the trouble, and gave me a quote for repair. Repairs were done quickly and I had my truck back in a day, they even saved the old parts for me to look at. I would recommend them to work on your vehicle. Honest, quality, reliable and friendly service staff.

5 /5 Fabian Pineiro: Their service is great and relatively quick. They give you the option to decide if you want to decline certain services and provide detailed pictures of any issues they find. Pretty flexible if you need to pickup your car after hours as well and offer pickup and drop off.

3 /5 Ryan Vetsch: Dropped my truck off for a few things. Oil change, tire rotation, water pump and timing belt replacement. First I noticed they didn’t disengage the parking brake before putting it on the lift (habit I do, I should have told them I put it on). Oil change and everything went fine, but the time it took to do a water pump and timing belt was a bit excessive. Dropped off on Thursday, and it was ready to go the following Wednesday. They did say a few bolts had snapped, but don’t think it should take almost a full business week to extract a couple of bolts. Lastly, pricing transparency and doing work I asked for. I was charged an oil leak detection, which I did not approve. Then with the timing belt and water pump, I was told it would be $16xx, then when it came time to check out, it was $17xx. The work seems to be okay for now, time willl tell. I do like how they did an inspection and tire rotation that came with an oil change, and the ability to drop you off and pick you up from your appointment. A few good things.
