5 /5 Tom Volzer: As a first time customer, I was skeptical but left a satisfied customer. Autumn beautifully colored and cut my hair that was a head turner when I later went grocery shopping. She was the first stylist in FL to cut my bangs to my liking. I was impressed by the cleanliness of this salon and the friendliness of the staff.

I havent had the best luck with hair cuts and was scared to get another cut for 5 years but when I was in her chair I could tell she knew exactly what I wanted and left feeling soo beautiful! 1 /5 Jeannie: This place does not deserve ANY star, but it is the only way I could leave my experience! HORRIBLE Customer Service! This place came recommended by a good friend (whom I will be informing of the bad experience we had). I called, spoke to Holly and she made a 2pm appointment with Autumn for my frail, elderly (88y.o.) Mother. After waiting 15 min. I inquired if Autumn was running behind & Holly said yes & that she was just finishing applying color to another client & would be right with us. We WAITED 40 MINUTES! Autumn NEVER came out to address us or apologize for running so far behind. This is NOT acceptable service! At the very least Holly should have called & told us that Autumn was running very late, before we left the house. My Mother does not walk very well and it was exhausting to walk her in & then turn around and leave 40 minutes later! I WOULD NEVER EVER return or recommend this shop to anyone! KARMA! The "owner who responded to my review, is smoking crack & an out & out liar! I DID NOT DROP OFF MY MOTHER, I stayed the entire time. So there is another strike against you & your lousy salon, YOU ARE A LIAR! Sounds like you need a Jesus intervention!
