5 /5 Patti Gensler: I had my first facial yesterday and I was so impressed with everything! From scheduling and being greeted so kindly by Maria. I was nervous, but Laura explained everything she was doing and was so kind and caring. I never expected such an amazing experience, it was so relaxing and so much time and care went into my needs. My face feels fabulous today, and I cant wait to book my next appointment with Laura.

1 /5 Lillian McAnally: Worst waxing ever! I’ve had bikini/brazilian waxing before in Palm Coast and Orlando; none were as bad as this experience. Getting a waxing is already a painful and vulnerable experience, and the esthetician made it worse. The lady was unprofessional. She failed to even introduce herself! The room looked more like an oversized bathroom with a shower, which was weird. It was unkept and didn’t look sterile. The wax product must have been a cheap one because it was still stuck to my skin after I left the place. My skin was irritated for:2 days after the session. She kept blaming me for not having a high tolerance for pain! I gave birth 3x, lady! She was a bit rude and didn’t try to help calm my anxiety by talking to me or distracting me. Part of being a professional is knowing how to communicate with clients. She can’t do that. I’m sure this place has other services that are better but DO NOT EVER go there for a waxing session.

5 /5 Just Nancy: So relaxing, refreshing, and healing. I had a therapeutic deep tissue massage, and Natalia was my masseuse. They gave me a complimentary drink and chocolates. I felt like I was in the lap of luxury. Natalia cut straight to the chase and asked where my pain was, why it could be there, and she was so talented that I took a small nap during the session! Afterwards I felt renewed. I recommend Allure European Day Spa if you want to feel replenished and cared for.
