Aloha Nail Bar - Daytona Beach (FL)

4 /5 Nancy P: January 2025: Aloha Nail Bar is a small nail salon rather hidden in the Bellair Plaza on North Atlantic Avenue. The only attached signage on the building is "Nails". If we hadnt been shopping at Marshalls, we wouldnt have noticed it. There is a temporary banner that has the salons name in smaller print. The shop appeared clean. I even looked behind the pedicure chairs to assess cleanliness. The general decor lacks a sense of cohesive theme. There is also a feeling of clutter, prehaps to facilitate the job at hand. Most importantly, I have the best pedicure that Ive ever had. My technicians name was Heidi. She worked meticulously, going back again and again to perfect every detail. I have pedicures regularly and travel about 5-6 months a year, thus frequently trying out new salons. Im not an expert on pedicure standards or cosmetology rules, but Im very happy with the service I received. This review has been based on my personal experience.

I would never come here before bc it wasnt clean but now Steven the owner has done his magic and the place is great. Highly recommend Diamond if you want an amazing manicure. She is so nice and really pays attention to detail. Great place. Will definitely come back!

5 /5 Carol A Asamoah: I looked this establishment up as a last minute decision to have my nails done. They are not big on advertising their location, but they are also not difficult to find on the web. Free parking! Did not know if I needed to make an appointment or if they accepted walk-ins until I got to the front door. Walking in I was amazed at the immediate attention and service I got. I was greeted with a hello, a smile and asked what I needed to have done, professionally. I asked if there was a wait (there were other customers in the shop) the young man responded we can take you now. My technician was Holly. Very pleasant, professional, she seated me immediately, asking what I wanted to drink and what colors I wanted. I loved the fact that I told her what colors I wanted and she got them. There was no standing at a wall trying to decide for myself. This for me is a big PLUS. I was provided a booklet to make a select of what services I wanted...I selected #2 pedicure/gel polish with my manicure. Im extremely pleased with the service, the attention to detail and the professionalism I received. Their prices as well as the service were fantastic! While Im not big on conversations in my business ventures, when I asked a question, it was received well and answered. There was absolutely nothing "rude" about any of the employees behavior in this establishment. Ive frequented many nail salons in my travels and Aloha Nail Bar ranks up there in the top 10 with their prices, professionalism and service. When Im in town again, I will be sure to stop in, again.
