They are truly an amazing team—reliable, affordable, and genuinely caring. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond. They towed my truck to their shop, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and provided detailed updates with pictures throughout the entire repair process. Their communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring—something that means a lot when youre juggling work and life. The quality of their work is outstanding. My truck is running better than ever thanks to their expertise. And once the repairs were complete, they even brought the truck back to me—saving me so much time and hassle. 5 /5 Chelsea Depew: I don’t think I can write a review well enough that mirrors the excellence of their service and expertise. Al and Nikki are the absolute best. They are very honest and able to explain things very well. I was certain there was something wrong with the transmission in both of our cars. Other shops couldn’t pinpoint it and kept giving me other potential fixes (quick money making options) or saying that what I was feeling with the driving wasn’t real. A friend told me to give Al’s shop a try, and boy am I grateful. They were a bit of a drive, but well worth it. They got our high mileage vehicles driving like they are new again and made sure everything that was a safety concern was fixed. Anyone that values honesty and is looking for an amazing car mechanic, this is THE PLACE.

5 /5 CDJ 9966: Had a transmission problem with my SUV. Nikki was so very nice and accommodating and immediately scheduled to tow my vehicle right away. Al is very knowledgeable and straightforward how to fix my problem. They are down to earth honest about their business. They will fix any recurring issues as long as you tell them what it is and Al is a good troubleshooter.

This establishment was quick, responsive, and gave us constant updates on the repairs needed. The owner was very knowledgeable. Worked on Sunday so we could still get home and back to work on time. We appreciate all the extra effort!
