5 /5 Rick Parker: I have the highest regard for the Firestone Complete Auto Care at 8th and Main in Gainesville, Fl. The workers are indeed professional and interested in giving only the best service. My reason for most recent visit was thoroughly investigated and repaired. Before working on the repair, they made sure to review the services in past repairs to ensure that my current need was examined relative work in the past. I have so many times realized that my interests were given highest priority. The documenting of my care and maintenance with reference to those services has assured me of the best service and considerations in keeping my vehicle running good! Thanks!

5 /5 David Linville: Great service! I was very tight on money and almost wasn’t able to get my vehicle fixed but these guys helped me out and got my truck fixed. Great people and great work that they do would recommend to everyone who needs tires and help with the mechanical issues!

2 /5 Marvin: Getting the appointment was easy Getting there was terrible it took just over 3 hrs to turn 2 rotors install brake pads and change the oil. After leaving with my car it started to rain thats when I realized there was a mistake of oil covering the right half of the windshield, wiperblades and wiper cowling the dipstick wasnt all the way in the tube oil was on the core support and the oil spillage by the oil Filler cap wasnt wiped up. I just had major back surgery a few weeks ago and I was miserable just to find out that my wifes car was a mess. Luckily she wasnt driving when the oil got smeared all over the windshield. I was ASE and I CAR certified for 30 years this kind of work is unacceptable. I probably wont be back to this Firestone store again, Im sorry this review was so negative but sometimes these things happen and they should never happen. Very sincerely Leon Hagan.

5 /5 Michael Holland: I specifically go to this location because of the poor service I received at the 13th St location. The Main Street location is far superior in every aspect. They answer their phones in a quick and timely manner. The service personnel are very welcoming and knowledgeable in answering any questions I have. Very friendly. I will keep using this location and plan on buying tires with the lifetime alignment service when the lifetime of my current tires is up. Thank you for the professionalism of this store.
