1 /5 Michael Schlegel: I called for an appointment January 6th. The phone was answered by a very pleasant person who scheduled me for a haircut The next day, Jan 7. She instructed me to arrive the next morning at 9:15 to ensure that I would be the first person in the chair ahead of any online appointments that may have been booked. I arrived at 9:10 AM To a closed barbershop. I never typically wait for late appointments however I did wait until 9:40 AM before leaving, the shop was still closed.
Itās disappointing that small business owners do not recognize the value of prompt appointments in great customer service. The haircuts look amazing online, to Bad that the time management barbershop in line.
I realize that situations happen, but the inability to capture my name and phone number while setting the appointment to let me know if you need to reschedule is part of the problem.
I am new to the area and will be getting a haircut every other week, I need a barber that not only cuts great hair but can respect my time and my busy schedule.
