They do the best pedicures and nails. If your are looking for attention to detail this is the place. The nail salon is under new management so dont look at the bad reviews.
    Nails by Flawless - Pompano Beach Lady Jo: Around 4-5 years ago, I came across Shervon Nail Tech through a Facebook post. Shes a black-owned, women-owned, mother-owned, independent business! After my third visit, I left a review in the Facebook group expressing my appreciation for how she remembered me, knew my name, and even recalled the nail style I had during our last visit. Since then, our interactions have extended beyond nail care, and weve developed a strong professional bond. Im loyal to her and wouldnt consider going anywhere else. Id rather wait for her availability than seek services elsewhere. Shervon is not only sweet, kind, and caring, but also incredibly talented. She understands exactly how I want my nails done and never pressures me into other styles or designs, which I really value. Don’t you all book all at once, leave Mondays open for me preferably 10am lol

    Lotus Day Spa -- Massage & Nail - Pompano Beach Karen Seme: I have been to many spas and by far this is the best spa I’ve ever been to the reflexology is incredible. The massages are beyond. The facials are the best. I’ve been going for nine years once a week the ladies that work there are supreme, beautiful, kind, and professional. They make me feel special every time I go, and I feel special when I go there. Janice Lohany and Donnie are the best. Everybody should try this place it’s magnificent.

    Organic Nails & Spa - Coconut Creek Jaylen Jenkins: I recently visited and I can honestly say it was the worst nail salon experience Ive ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time, only to be rushed through my manicure. The tools they used looked dirty and unsterilized, which made me question their hygiene practices. When I finally got seated, the nail technician was inattentive and seemed to lack basic skills. My nails were uneven, and the polish application was sloppy with bubbles and streaks. To top it all off, the salon was incredibly noisy and chaotic, making it impossible to relax. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived and had to go home and fix my nails myself. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.     Tipsy Nail Bar - Deerfield Beach Charyce Solven: The manager (Jen? I can’t remember) was incredibly rude to the woman who did my pedicure. My hands look terrible- I have long natural nails with acrylic overlay and they took them from almond to a weird oval shape. The paint is inconsistent, looks lumpy, and the edges are rough and ugly. They didn’t touch the cuticles on my hands and they painted over the acrylic dust after shaping instead of having me rinse my hands. They also injured my cuticles with the drill. This is my third time giving this salon a chance in the last year and a half and each time it has been more trouble than it is worth. The first visit the manager was rude to my friend and I, the second the tech made several of my fingers bleed. Overpriced for the quality- though Maria did an exceptional job on my pedicure. I will never be back. Horrible customer service and poor quality. *Edit* This is absolutely the correct salon, I recognize The address, interior, and photos of the owner/manager. I may have her name incorrect- I heard a j name and am hard of hearing. The manager, short female, talked shit about the woman who did my pedicure to me as she was working on my nails. My review is accurate to my 3 experiences and will remain up. I was there January 7th, 2025 in the early afternoon. My pedicure was immaculate, the work on my hands and the manager’s nasty attitude were not. Hopefully the woman who did my pedicure quit, because she was absolutely a sweet and kind woman. Nobody deserves to be disrespected, especially in front of clients. If this is the manager I am replying to, you should be ashamed. I hope people see my review and steer clear of this nail salon. For reference I’ve included a photo of the manager from another post. You could not pay me enough to come back.
