I can’t remember) was incredibly rude to the woman who did my pedicure. My hands look terrible- I have long natural nails with acrylic overlay and they took them from almond to a weird oval shape. The paint is inconsistent, looks lumpy, and the edges are rough and ugly. They didn’t touch the cuticles on my hands and they painted over the acrylic dust after shaping instead of having me rinse my hands. They also injured my cuticles with the drill. This is my third time giving this salon a chance in the last year and a half and each time it has been more trouble than it is worth. The first visit the manager was rude to my friend and I, the second the tech made several of my fingers bleed. Overpriced for the quality- though Maria did an exceptional job on my pedicure. I will never be back. Horrible customer service and poor quality.

This is absolutely the correct salon, I recognize The address, interior, and photos of the owner/manager. I may have her name incorrect- I heard a j name and am hard of hearing. The manager, short female, talked shit about the woman who did my pedicure to me as she was working on my nails. My review is accurate to my 3 experiences and will remain up. I was there January 7th, 2025 in the early afternoon. My pedicure was immaculate, the work on my hands and the manager’s nasty attitude were not. Hopefully the woman who did my pedicure quit, because she was absolutely a sweet and kind woman. Nobody deserves to be disrespected, especially in front of clients. If this is the manager I am replying to, you should be ashamed. I hope people see my review and steer clear of this nail salon. For reference I’ve included a photo of the manager from another post. You could not pay me enough to come back. Nailz by Matthew - Pompano Beach Vilma Kerenyi: This was my first time here and it did not disappoint!! I got the gel x nail extensions and it was done perfectly!! The studio was also very clean, pretty and well organized!! Matthew was very kind and super talanted, he was able to do exactly what i asked for with perfection!! Will be coming back any time im in Fort Lauderdale!!! T&V’s Lovely Nails - Deerfield Beach Rose Jean: I was a walk in and the experience was phenomenal. From their availability to being seated and the prices I’ll be coming back here for sure when I return from my work trips. Highly recommend and so sweet to speak to :) Nail Spa - Blountstown Jeannie Phillips: Julie and her co worker do an amazing job! They really take there time and do wonderful work. Great quality products and very friendly personable service. Nails Spa Of Punta Gorda - Punta Gorda Francine Nguyen: There is this uneducated receptionist that work here who picks up the phone thats is so damn rude and seem like doesnt want to answer your question.. when asked to speak to the owner they dont want to let you know if the owner is in or let you talk to them...so if you call to asking to much questions dont bother...you wont get answers...Such a rude attitude . T & T Nail Bar Punta Gorda - Punta Gorda Kindall Brooke: Beautiful nail bar inside and the service was amazing! I got the VIP Pedicure and loved every minute! From the moment you walk in, you feel so comfortable and relaxed. Complimentary drink with your pedi, massage chairs and the technician was so sweet and helpful. Would rec and will definitely be back! Lovely Nails - Punta Gorda Stephanie Rose: I recently visited Lovely Nails Salon, and I cant recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a friendly staff that truly cares about their clients. The nail technicians are incredibly skilled and detail-oriented, ensuring my manicure and pedicure were nothing short of perfection. I tried for 3 years but last year I couldnt anymore she hurt me 6 fingers with blood and everything i was a week without go to work for the infection in my nails .
I found another manicurist where she told me that my nails are so hurt by the way she used the drill on my nails so now Im on the process of getting them back and for now I cant put on acrylics. VN Nails - Punta Gorda Lisa Heimgartner: I walked in because of the reviews online. Jenny took good care of me and did a fabulous job of taking off my old Gel without damaging my nails. The french manicure, she did looks exactly how I wanted it. She really listened. Very happy and would return while I am in Punta Gorda!
