1 /5 Ashley Forte: I received a manicure here. Not only did I wait for an hour beyond my appointment time for it to start, but it was one of the worst manicures I’ve ever received. Despite prompting on what I was looking for, the nail tech filed my nails all the way down which was the exact opposite of what I asked for, and shaped them incorrectly (and unevenly). When the woman who rang me up at the front asked how my nails were and I gently gave feedback, she did not show good customer service at all and didn’t even apologize. Especially given the price, I felt very frustrated by the lack of service and professionalism.

I got my nails done last minute & was so thankful they were able to get me in with no appointment. Janet was more than lovely doing a gorgeous manicure & pedicure that I can not be more happy with. It may take a couple of hours longer depending on the length of your hair, and depending on if you get color added or not so be prepared to relax and stay awhile to be pampered when you go.
