My pain, though severe, is now manageable and I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Patel and the PAs for all their help and care.

She has provided my husband & I with high quality health care. when I moved to St Augustine I was very unhappy on the primary care doctors I kept trying. I ended having surgery and ask my surgeon-Dr Hsu who he would recommend. He refered me to her. I have been pleased with not only the excellent quality of care she offers but also her responsiveness to calls when Ive needed her help or when she calls me after test. She is professional and kind , accepts my input and involves me indecisions about caring for my health. I appreciated being treated by this caring and knowledgeable physician. I was in the hospital on vacation. I had them send her my records. She found a mass that no one else found with all the xrays that have been taken of me thru the years. He answers every question and concerns where you never feel rush at all. I feel so confident being in his care. All the nurses, Phlebotomist and front office are great as well. Best medical office I ever been to.
Machado Miguel A MD - St. AugustineBeverly Ross: Dr. Machado has performed two back surgeries on me. His bedside manner is a little rough but hes all business. He doesnt go by a radiology report, he looks only at the images himself to diagnose. Surgeries both went great. His nurse Bobbi is GREAT! I heard he retired but would definitely go to him again if need arised. Would also recommend him to friends and family.
