5 /5 Rebecca Gould: I made an appointment for my daughter, who was 12 at the time because her pediatric dentist said I “needed to take her to a regular dentist” (the reason they gave flabbergasted the staff). Anyway-she’s a chicken and hates the dentist and needles and fillings (don’t we all). They were amazing and patient with her. I cannot recommend this office enough.

Craig Butler: I had a difficult time finding a dentist that would take a chance helping me with major work done because of being a recent organ transplant patient. Dr. Kang took such care in making sure I had the best care for my health. He personally called to check on me the night after having work done. The whole staff from the front to the back are absolutely wonderful. They are truly caring and receptive to their patients needs. I wouldnt suggest anyone go any where else. They are the best.

C T: The dental care provided was great. When it comes to billing and insurance this place needs to hire someone competent. When you call in and ask for billing they say they do not have a department, right there hints at possible outsourcing? In short they billed insurance wrong, cost us over a grand out of pocket. To top it off , asking for a simple receipt for procedures takes days. Will avoid in the future.

Alexis Grifffith: I have been taking my kid here for a good amount of time and not once I have been rescheduled or turned away. The past couple weeks, I was rescheduled due to different owner/management taking over. A lot of people left this facility, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today, I was turned away for being less than 10 minutes late. Only one person was in the lobby so I was very confused why they couldn’t fit my daughter in if I was willing to wait. This also made my daughter late to school, and they wouldn’t give me a note saying we showed & they had to reschedule us. I work in adult healthcare & never turn my patients away for being late. For being in child healthcare, things obviously happen that can throw a wrench in our schedules - so to be turned away was really disheartening. They showed no sympathy or compassion either. A “I apologize” or “would she like a little toy” or a school note. The customer service has really depleted in this office and I feel terrible because the providers are really good and gentle with the kids. Hopefully it was just a tough morning for them and this isn’t a constant demeanor they give their customers.
