1 /5 Brad C: Terrible place. All I wanted was tires mounted then get a call after they do one saying they can’t do rest he was using ether don’t have a cheetah as a tire store. Went to get truck and the wheel he worked on was scratched with deep scratches from him doing it in machine. Then they loose the lock key for my lug nuts and try to give me back some diff key and my key was only key I’ve ever owned. Don’t go here I’ve lived here my whole life and they need shut down. And to his response down there just ask Gil tire they will affirm my terrible experience. This guy can’t be honest to save his own dumpster fire of a “shop” which he mounts tires with starting fluid smh. But I’ve got witnesses,recording n more. This place will be getting a visit pretty soon and I’m not that kinda guy. But do me wrong hang up on me n lie. Better answer that door maybe some papers waiting on ya. Pictures coming..

1 /5 Kenneth Harlow: Gave my passenger side clacking truck to my daughter. She took it to this horrible place which the office is not fit for a pig. They kept the vehicle 2 weeks and said it had a broken timing chain tensioner guide on passenger side that they replaced. Picked up vehicle and the same noise. They forgot to put the battery hold down block back on. Got home and discovered they lost the passenger side lug nut. There were multiple nuts missing on the engine. They pinched the valve cover oring and it leaked oil. I opened up the valve cover and discovered that the timing chain cover had never been opened to replace the tensioner guide. The harmonic balancer bolt, washer and pulley were still rusted together with no signs of ever being removed to get the chain cover off. The oil they claimed had aluminum shavings in it. I could not find any shavings while I had the valve cover off. They pulled up photos on a phone with the cover removed that I suspect was from a different vehicle. Totally shotty operation in my opinion. I think they did not fix the problem as they stated and should have charged my daughter 1/3 of what she paid. I do not recommend this hole in the wall deplorable place to get your vehicle serviced.

5 /5 Sara M: I was 3 hours into a 24 hour road trip when my check engine light came on and my car stopped accelerating. Chris found the issue and when i bought parts from Autozone they sold me the wrong ones. Chris got them to deliver the correct parts without having me go back and go through the return process which was beyond kind of him. He had my car fixed quickly and for a super cheap price. By far the nicest, most helpful mechanic I’ve ever been to!!

1 /5 Micheal Busbee: Chris was asked to change freeze plugs and some frame work that was shotty!! Freeze plugs did not hold. He said he pulled motor out. Pure and simple, the goons were well paid to do a half wit job. How incompetent and thrown together with oil half gallon over filled, shift linkage broken, grounds loose, belt housing bolts were loose or missing!!!! Broke my old starter as well... I believe that they would taint a very good cup of coffee!!! STAY AWAY.. You would say anything to paint yourself to look innocent and a victim, but bottom line is you or yours, ruined a truck that was running when I dropped it and after you touched it, I had to junk it. They cost us ALOT OF MONEY! This business is incompetent, has and will cost customers/consumers alot of grief! Be warned, folks..

5 /5 Troy Meeks: I live 3 hours away. When my a/c compressor clutch seized up and snapped my belt I took it in. Understanding of my situation Chris was very prompt and professional in taking care of it. Unfortunately the part failed but in true fashion Chris prevailed once again and took care of it. He again was very understanding of my situation considering my distance in travel. Anytime Auto turned a bad situation for me into an easy process. A/C is working great! Thanks again!
