Anna Owen This body shop is a joke, first they made me give them my insurance check before they would even order parts, I had a small cosmetic issue with my front bumper, and after over a month I finally got my car back, after numerous calls to me saying “Mam, your car is ready” and making multiple arrangements to go get my car, in fact it was not ready every time, nothing had been done but a little buff and a horrible paint job, they would go back and forth saying they “were getting parts” that’s why it was taking so long, very dishonest people. I do not recommend this place!

Charles Noska American auto body went above and beyond what I expected. Their coordination with the insurance company quickly resolved issues. The new fender I needed had a blemish that they repaired to new. The paint, which I was told by another body shop couldnt be matched perfectly, was spot on. A beautiful match. The work was completed timely and looks like new. I recommend American Auto Body to all who are looking for quality workmanship done timely.

Sahara Callis If you’re needing to get body work done on your car and wanting it to look better then it did before dropping it off, I highly recommend coming to America auto body. I picked my car up today and they did an amazing job, I was very pleased and happy with the results. when I say it looks better than before I mean it!! Curtis and his wife were amazing, they did a great job with keeping me updated and informed on the progress of my car I highly recommend going there.

Tiffany Smith I took my ford explorer in due to having issues with my transmission. Mr. Gene was my service advisor and I had such a great experience! He turned what could’ve been a very expensive issue into something manageable. I purchased my car from lake city with an aftermarket warranty and originally thought I had to go to them to use it which I refused due to previous experiences. Mr. Gene told me that I could use it through Live Oak if I found out who my warranty company was. So after a couple of phone calls I was able to give him all the information he needed. He took care of all the discussions with my warranty company and ended up being able to get my new transmission covered through warranty. He made sure to keep me informed of everything throughout the process and would always find an answer if I called with a question. I was going to be without my car for almost a week and warranty only gave me a rental for two days which we all thought was crazy. Mr. Gene spoke with the manager and they were able to put me in a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. He made sure I knew to call him if any issues arose after picking my vehicle up. I will continue to take my car to Walt’s and am very thankful for the hard work of all of the service employees involved!

James Moore I would advise anyone not to take your vehicle to this place. I took my car in for a head light switch, and was charged 250.00 to get it back, and head lights shut off the next day while driving to work at 4:00 am. Took it back, and was told I needed a water pump. Never fixing the headlight switch. Also was told by mechanic John that I needed a Multi function switch and it would cost an additional 650.00 for those 2 jobs to be fixed. I decided to pick up my car because I didnt agree with their pricing and how the didnt fix the light problem, so I picked it up & after picking it up, water pump not performing belts was bad and smoking and overall just a bad deal. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!

Neo Blackjack thee enraged They didnt do the inspection they said they did, They handed me the keys to my truck saying that the repairs I asked for were done and when I took it to go get gas, the brakes they said they fixed where no fixed fully. They dint give me a full inspection as I requested until I spent over 1k dollars in repair. I have now found out the truck has a bad transmission and a engine oil leak,they dint fix all the lights until I came back with my truck smoking. I have been Significantly traumatized by the incident I will NEVER TAKE ANY Vehicle TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. I ALMOST LOST MY LIFE IN multiple car fires due to bad wiring as they Now say is also a issue, witch is something I Expected to find out 1st before I dumped all the money me and my family had into it ,now its un safe to be on the road and I have to sell it.

Melissa helped us and we were so desperate driving on a tire that was shredding!! I can’t be more thankful of the fast service and the over extended hand we were offered!! Brad C Terrible place. All I wanted was tires mounted then get a call after they do one saying they can’t do rest he was using ether don’t have a cheetah as a tire store. Went to get truck and the wheel he worked on was scratched with deep scratches from him doing it in machine. Then they loose the lock key for my lug nuts and try to give me back some diff key and my key was only key I’ve ever owned. Don’t go here I’ve lived here my whole life and they need shut down. And to his response down there just ask Gil tire they will affirm my terrible experience. This guy can’t be honest to save his own dumpster fire of a “shop” which he mounts tires with starting fluid smh. But I’ve got witnesses,recording n more. This place will be getting a visit pretty soon and I’m not that kinda guy. But do me wrong hang up on me n lie. Better answer that door maybe some papers waiting on ya. Pictures coming..

Kenneth Harlow Gave my passenger side clacking truck to my daughter. She took it to this horrible place which the office is not fit for a pig. They kept the vehicle 2 weeks and said it had a broken timing chain tensioner guide on passenger side that they replaced. Picked up vehicle and the same noise. They forgot to put the battery hold down block back on. Got home and discovered they lost the passenger side lug nut. There were multiple nuts missing on the engine. They pinched the valve cover oring and it leaked oil. I opened up the valve cover and discovered that the timing chain cover had never been opened to replace the tensioner guide. The harmonic balancer bolt, washer and pulley were still rusted together with no signs of ever being removed to get the chain cover off. The oil they claimed had aluminum shavings in it. I could not find any shavings while I had the valve cover off. They pulled up photos on a phone with the cover removed that I suspect was from a different vehicle. Totally shotty operation in my opinion. I think they did not fix the problem as they stated and should have charged my daughter 1/3 of what she paid. I do not recommend this hole in the wall deplorable place to get your vehicle serviced.

Sara M I was 3 hours into a 24 hour road trip when my check engine light came on and my car stopped accelerating. Chris found the issue and when i bought parts from Autozone they sold me the wrong ones. Chris got them to deliver the correct parts without having me go back and go through the return process which was beyond kind of him. He had my car fixed quickly and for a super cheap price. By far the nicest, most helpful mechanic I’ve ever been to!!

I dropped in here and was honestly nervous because Ive experienced a lot of places that will try to take advantage and think I dont know cars just because Im a girl, try to sell me stuff I dont need.. Everything is running great and the body work looks amazing as if nothing ever happened. They made the process with my insurance as painless as possible and got everything done for me. The guys at the desk are also friendly and explain everything in great detail so I knew what to expect ahead of time. The waiting period was also super short, as soon as they got the parts in they got straight to work and everything was completed in less than 2 weeks when other shops gave me an estimate of 2-3 months. I’m extremely satisfied with the whole experience and will definitely only take my vehicle for any repairs here. Honest and just overall great guys that work here.

Mr. Congeniality Saved Our Family Camping Trip – Honest, Fast, and Amazing Service! J&W Auto is nothing short of a miracle shop! My family and I were over 350 miles from home on a camping trip at Suwannee River Rendezvous when our Denali suddenly started running horribly just as we were heading out to the springs. After a quick stop at O’Reilly’s to pull the codes (which didn’t help much), I asked for a recommendation, and they pointed me to J&W. I’m SO glad they did. I rolled in around 3:15 PM on a Wednesday, explained our situation, and let them know we had to be on the road by the next morning. Most shops would’ve either turned us away or seen us as an opportunity to charge a premium, knowing we were in a bind. But not J&W. They got us in immediately, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and had us back on the road by 4:30—just over an hour later! The price was incredibly fair, the service was honest, and the kindness they showed us was unforgettable. Thanks to J&W, our family trip was saved and we were able to enjoy the rest of our time without a hitch. I truly hope I never have car trouble on a camping trip again—but if I do, I know exactly where I’m going. Highly, highly recommend!

Chris Lottimer Bobby was the coolest, most genuine mechanic Ive ever had. Left on a road trip from south Florida to Colorado and my Jeep had problems on the interstate. Basically had to go there to get work done and it was honest and reasonable. Definitely recommend this garage!

flip mulliner We broke down on the highway late at night, we figured the alternator failed. The next morning we called the Honda dealer and was quoted $900 to replace. After reading the reviews we decided to tow it to Bobby’s and have it fixed there. We are sure glad we did! He got us in right away, replaced the alternator and serpentine belt all for $530. Fair price, quality service. Very happy

Deborah Bean I was towed to Gillettes because my vehicle wouldnt start back and doing odd things. They spent 5 minutes looking at it said it was a loose distributor wire and charged a diagnostic fee. Hoped on the interstate couple miles down the road and made it about 2 miles and my vehicle over headed and it had not ever gotten hot before. They do not do quality work and do not take responsibility for their work. I would definitely not recommend. Shotty !!!

Caderade Came here for a check engine light service test. Waited 10 minutes to be told I had to wait a few minutes. Got back in line 15 minutes later after more and more customers filed in (probably about 15 people in the store now and more in line). I was then met with a smug, "Well, we have to help these customers first" with 3 employees working. Only 1/3 of the staff actually seemed to enjoy working there and were trying to actually help. Wouldnt recommend this place for your free check engine light service. I took the risk and drove to the next town ~30 minutes away to the next autozone and actually got friendly, quick, helpful, and caring service rather than with these smug people who wouldnt help.

Brooklyn Morra They are fantastic. Our motorhome broke down several times when attempting to get back to NY. We couldnt find anyone to work on it. We ended up having to stay in a hotel for 6 nights while the worked it out. After some new parts including a new oil pump the bill for the parts and labor were very reasonable! Plus they took us to the hotel and picked-up my husband to come do test runs!! Amazing staff, friendly, experienced, and they even kept our fridge plugged in 24/7 on their electric!! Cant say enough good things!!
