She insults her manicurist, talks down to them, yells in the middle of the salon, she makes the environment in the salon extremely unpleasant. I gave her feedback on her lack of professionalism and let’s just say she was AGAIN extremely unprofessional as a business owner. She has very little class and has terrible customer service.
