1 /5 Dahiana Bartolome: I scheduled a nail appointment with them two days in advance for 4:30 PM. I arrived at 4:25 PM, only to be told that my appointment had been “crossed” with someone else’s and asked if I could wait 30 minutes. They assured me they’d call when the nail technician was ready.
After 40 minutes with no update, I went back to check, only to find the technician working on someone else entirely. When I mentioned my 4:30 appointment, she asked if I was a regular. I explained that I wasn’t but had booked my appointment days ago. There was no one else available, so I ended up leaving. It was clear they had no interest in accommodating or satisfying me as a customer, seemingly because I’m “not a regular.” Waisted 1 hour and a half of my day waiting around for them.
