o m: Terrible customer service! Booked an appointment via classpass for 12/07/24 at 10 am, got confirmation, called multiple times to confirm the address yesterday and today, no response or call back. The owner picked up at 10 am just to tell me she forgot to check her email and she couldn’t accommodate me. I already paid for my uber. Complete waste of time and money.
