Artemisa Auto Air Inc - Hialeah (FL)

1 /5 Jonathan Crespo: Horrible, dont go to this place. First, they can never find out what the air conditioning has without charging $300 for the engine dye. Im not sure whats going on there. I did that last week (paid $300), was told to comeback when the Air gas run down again. So I came back today, woke up at 6:30 am to be there by 7 am opening time. Got there at 6:58 am and they did not open until 8 am. I kept calling the number and a lady kept telling me it was going to be only 5 more minutes. After almost 20 minutes there I decided to go and have some breakfast, went to a close by cafeteria, finished and came back and they were still not opened!!!!!!!!!!! Finally the guy came, checked my car and told me the evaporator coil needed to be changed. For which he asked a whooping $1600 for a two day job. Now I know this is not a cheap work or one of the easiest pieces to change but certainly $1600 is a rip off, specially after I already gave you $300 basically for a diagnosis. I just finished taking my time to get different quotes around the city and all of them were between 400 and a 1k less in average!!!! Got it done for $750 and mobil service to my house same day job. Sometimes it pays off to look around!!!! Avoid this place, if you can because since the moment I started negotiating with them I felt this greediness vibe and even though they have good reviews I felt like they tried to rip me off. And they made me waste my time as well.

5 /5 Erica Maxwell: They are honest and stay true to their word. They worked on my 2006 Jeep Commander and got her back up and running. Only going to go to Artemisa from now on. They can work on any car, are quick and have a clean shop. They also work on cool vintage cars and have a nice place to wait in the AC and garage.
