2 /5 Billy Lezcano: I was referred to go here by a friend. I was given a set price for parts and labor and paid in full prior to any work being done. Once it was time to pickup my car I was then forced to pay an extra $120 claiming I got too big of tires and they had to trim part of my truck. Mind you the owner (Jonathan) told me what size tires to get so it wouldn’t rub. He then told me that it was going to rub regardless but my thing is why didn’t you just charge me for that before with the total bill, instead of charging me once the work was done. I guess that’s what I get for going with a privately owned family business in Hialeah, instead of going with a reputable company. Maybe it would’ve been more, but it would’ve been a set price from the beginning.
Once I got home I then realized they left trash in the bed of my truck for me to clean up. The reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because despite them being unprofessional and going against their agreement, they did do a decent job on my truck.
Overall, I would not go back to this place or recommend anybody else get work done from here.
