As I had to wait to get cashed out, they kept me updated on what was going on so I wasn’t just sitting there left to wonder why I was waiting for a while. They also answered my questions thoroughly and provide me the “why” behind it. I also appreciate their flexibility on their opening hours. They’re open sometimes on Saturdays, which is convenient for me as I am a five day a week employee.

From the initial call to the wonderful tech to the dentist, they made me feel safe and didn’t shame me for not having been to a dentist is years. Robin Scarlett: Just had my first appointment with Gentle Breeze. The Doctor and nurses were all BEYOND nice. I struggle with anxiety, especially in these situations and I didnt even have to bring it up once. They were extremely attentive and made sure I was okay without me ever having to say anything. They genuinely made me feel like they cared, and I wasnt just another appointment to rush in and out. The doctor really took his time sitting with me, explaining my options, and a plan going forward. Will absolutely be going back, from here on out!
