5 /5 Erika Donohoo: My Mom, sister and I were visiting St. Augustine for our first ever girls trip. On the way there, the back drivers tire broke 3 lug nut studs. My Mom called a local tire shop first thing Tuesday morning. The said they would order her a wheel and fix it on Friday. When she called Friday afternoon, they said they forgot and we would have to drive 3 hours to Lakeland to get it. By this time there was not we could do until Monday. We were supposed to leave Monday morning, but we’re afraid to drive 10 hours back home. I called Atlantic Automotive first thing Monday morning and spoke with Jen. She said she would try and find us a wheel closer and call me back. She wasn’t able to find one but said they would look at what we have and tell us if it would make the trip or not. They checked the tire and brake fluid and said we should be fine to make it home. I think Logan is who double checked everything for us. He took the time to explain that we needed a brake fluid flush and a couple other things. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. They were fantastic and if I lived locally this is where I would go for service on my vehicles.
