1 /5 Chris Wood: Go elsewhere that appreciates business. I called this company last Friday and left a voicemail and no one even called back and it’s a week later. Simple hood latch repair I ended up doing myself with YouTube. Plenty of qualified professional friendly mechanics in Fort Myers like Legendary Automotive.

1 /5 Gabriel Bautista: My mother was just there on Friday June 6th. Had an appointment for 8am and never got her car checked that day. She decided to leave it over the weekend at the shop as the employee told her it will be looked at on Monday. She calls Monday to see the progress on her car and the employee asked her if her car was there. No one had a clue about her car being there. At the end of everything the employee lied to her and said that her car keys were missing. I guess an employee took them home with him and never said anything about to her. This place so unprofessional and disrespectful towards my mother. Shady employees and not trust worthy. I won’t recommend this auto shop is anyone especially women. They’ll treat you unfairly.

5 /5 Matt S: I just got to give a really great review, these guys were amazing. Was having issues pop up, and I couldnt narrow down what it was and the frequency of it happening and how to fix it. Now granted, these guys were not able to tackle the issue directly but, they did at least help me figure out that its not a job for a mom and pop / private mechanic shop. Its an issue that would need to be tackled by a dealership, because they have the proper equipment to diag and repair. What impressed me, is the fact that the owner and his wife and their team, spent almost an hour going through this van, and the symptoms checking the codes and everything and we absolutely could not turn up anything and in spite of that they didnt charge me even when i insisted for the time they spent and the help they gave me. The owner was honest as hell and recommended taking It to a dealer and what it would probably entail and his best guess as to what it might be but only as a hypothetical not for sure. I appreciate the hell out of this place for getting me in on a short notice (extremely short notice) to diag this quick and check it out so we could get this fixed.

5 /5 J Carter: Just wanted to thank Don for the way he treated Kristin (with the white Jeep) and me after her minor accident. We were a little concerned something serious might be going on, but Don took the time to walk through everything in detail and pinpointed the issue with impressive accuracy. I’ve dealt with my fair share of shops and car issues, and I could tell right away he’s sharp, analytical, and really knows his craft. He’s got that old-school mindset you don’t see much anymore — fair, honest, and extremely skilled. It’s not often I come across someone in this field I truly respect, but Don earned it. Highly recommend him. Thank you again.
