1 /5 Joseph Gibson: Have used them for years and always satisfied. Wife took ‘06 Kia in for either a loose ball joint or control arm. Quoted $1000 including $700 for parts. I’ve been a car, bike, and plane mechanic for 50 years and not ALL parts go bad at once. But you can buy EVERYTHING, both ball joints, control arms, end links, AND tie rod ends for $154 complete. And I didn’t even think the $300 labor was out of line. Will not be using them any longer. Maybe because it was a woman? Ladies beware! VERY disappointed because I’ve trusted them for MANY years.
