Brought the truck in on Thursday night after hours and had the brake issue that was locking up driver rear wheels fix and they did it without up selling any parts. Fixed by lunch on Friday without an appointment. They have definitely earned our business and I certain they will earn yours as well. Thank you guys so much.. Were back to work in a flash. Peggy was amazing, she handled all our needs and questions, she goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is being taking care of. Its was also great being able to watch our car from upstairs while its being serviced. They have snacks, drinks, and t.v. which really helps if have the kiddos with you. Great customer service. Will be taking my alfa here for services in the future.

Lee ODell I cannot speak highly enough of Dan and his business. From the moment I spoke with him over the phone, he was attentive and professional. I explained the issue I was having with the alignment, fitment, and rattle of an aftermarket performance exhaust, and he invited me to bring the vehicle in the following week at a scheduled time. Upon arrival, Dan greeted me promptly and let me know hed be with me shortly. Within ten minutes, he had my car ,despite its extremely low ground clearance, safely on the lift. He took the time to walk me through exactly what he planned to do and assured me it would be ready the same day. A few hours later, I called to check in, and Dan informed me the work had just been completed. When I picked up the vehicle, I was blown away. The exhaust was perfectly aligned and secured and absolutely flawless. If youre particular about your vehicle and value quality work, don’t waste time looking elsewhere. Patrick Hoertt We had our Mercedes in this shop because it would not start and the steering wheel was locked. I was told that the anti theft device needed replaced and that was all that was wrong with the car. $2000 later we picked the car up and the check engine light was on even though it wasnt on when we brought it in. We brought the car back and was told it was fine and they turned the check engine light was turned off. Two days later check engine light came back on. Went to a different repair shop and was told that when they replaced the part they did not secure it properly and the latch holding down the part is now gone. When I called European Care Performance services I was put on hold in the middle of expressing the problem then told why it wasnt their fault. Car is fixed by someone else who cleaned up European care performance services mess. I would strongly suggest not using this business. They sent our car back to us broken twice with an issue they caused.

Cathleen Lanigan Monterey Tire & Auto has been great during my horrible ordeal. My car broke down in the middle of US1 and after unsuccessful attempts to repair the car a friend told me to call them. They had my car towed to there shop in a timely manner and reasonable cost. And they got back to me quickly with the diagnosis. Although, my the vehicle is not worth repairing they have been very understanding through the whole process. Courteous employees, great communication, I highly recommend!

Debbie Gray The staff was very nice & helpful especially Doug who I dealt with. He took care of my oil change & advised me of a couple other things that need to be taken care of in the near future. He advised my battery is past 5 yrs old and that is pretty much the life of a battery so I had him replace it. Bruce was the best! It’s nice to know you can go to nice & honest people to help take care of you & your vehicle.

Mark Woodruff I took my 2013 Ford expedition in for air conditioning issues. Completely satisfied with this service that was rendered on my vehicle. Mark was very pleasant to work with. He made a list of all of my issues and concerns. Said he would evaluate with his mechanic. Let me know what the issue may be. He later called me. Gave me a quote and the repair was very quick and precise. No wait time at all. I dropped it off blowing. Very hot air. Picked it up. Blowing very cold air. The entire repair took less than 6 hours. Shannon Pinder BEST MECHANIC EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! I was visiting a friend in Stuart from Tampa when my AC suddenly stopped blowing cold air on a day when it felt over 100 degrees outside! After calling around to several chain shops like Firestone (all with long wait times), I found Curt’s Auto Service and gave him a call. Curt picked up right away and told me to come in immediately. When I got there, he quickly diagnosed that my AC compressor belt was missing and that I also needed a new compressor. Knowing I was from out of town, he went above and beyond to make sure I had warranty coverage and helped me arrange to get the new parts from Advance Auto. The next day when I brought the compressor and belt back, Curt gave me a full hands-on lesson on how the system works, let me assist in the installation, and walked me through the entire process with patience and care. While we waited for the AC system to recharge, he even offered me a cold bottled water and let me sit in his chair and watch TV to stay cool and comfortable. That kind of thoughtfulness meant so much. Curt is incredibly personable, knowledgeable, honest, and fair with his pricing. What really impressed me was the follow-up. He reached out the next day to check that I made it home safely and to see how the car was running. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. If you’re in the area, whether youre a local or just passing through, I can’t recommend Curt’s Auto Service enough. Truly the best mechanic experience I’ve ever had.

Teran Cole Amazing Service – Fast, Friendly, and Reliable! I woke up to a screw in my tire on a day I was set to travel, and I was in a bit of a panic. After calling around to multiple places, this shop stood out right away. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and got me in fast. I was in and out in under an hour and a half, while other places were quoting a minimum of three hours or even later in the day. This isn’t my first time working with them, and they continue to prove why they’re the best in the area. Hands down top-notch service! Highly recommend!

Julian Pence took my car there today for an alignment, and despite being busy with a lot of other work they got my car on and off the rack super quick. not only were they fast but they pretty much perfected the alignment and the steering wheel is perfectly centered. i definitely recommend these guys and am super happy with their service :D

Chase Blake Do not take your vehicle here, the owner is not a pleasant individual. My brothers truck was taken here to get worked on and was stolen from the shop due to the fact that the owner failed to secure the vehicle. He refused to take any responsibility over the issue and even insisted payment on the work he did while the truck was MIA. Take your vehicle any place other than here if you want a reliable mechanic. The truck was found two days later broke down in a Walgreens parking lot, which shows how low quality his work is that the thief’s couldn’t get far without it breaking down. The truck was damaged during the process and he still refused any liability to cover the repairs to the lock and ignition.

Paola Torre Just had repairs done on my Nissan pathfinder, they did a great job. The process went so smooth working with the insurance company and Caliber. The service rep Paola, was great at communicating with us and keeping us updated throughout the repair process. My car was ready to be picked up on the date they promised. I highly recommend using this shop for your repairs.

Brian Delaney The team at Caliber Collision are first class and can be trusted with your everyday beater or your prize and joy. I unfortunately had a mishap happened to me and they snapped right into repair mode to get me back in my truck ASAP. From the first phone call from Dani to spaking with my service writer Kathryn they were never out of touch I got a recommendation from a very good family friend whos a car enthusiast. Caliber Collision stood by their warranty after 20 years literally 20 years later they repainted the vehicle because there was a little bit of fade. That right there tells you they stand behind their work forever. I got my truck back everything is beautiful and perfect again and actually works better mechanically due to their perfection and making sure that everything was aligned as requested and required by OEM original. I cannot recommend them more than I would recommend my family, once youre done you feel like family and youre treated like family. Something small businesses and franchised small businesses properly owned have forgotten that Family Matters and I am so happy to be part of the Caliber Collision family. The work is fantastic looks like nothing happened to my truck and it was the driver side corner rear damaged along with the tailgate. I knew it was going to be a tough repair I was expecting to just live with what I got. It looks better than new you couldnt even tell anything happened when you opened or closed or looked everything operated electronically perfectly fine-tuned is the best way I can describe it. Thank you again to the team at Caliber Collision for a fantastic experience with getting my truck repaired it is a 20/20 Ram Rebel 1500 Gray and black lower panel colored lines match perfect everything looks right off the showroom floor. I could go on all about this repair because I was in the repair business and I would have expected my company to put out a great product and the work be just as good because there is no better.

Donald Gehring Ive been in Stuart Florida for 4 years and had been on the hunt since I got here for good place to have my 2017 F150 serviced. Brian and his staff are the BEST, excellent, friendly and reliable beyond my expectations. 5 stars is all that Google will allow and if I could give them 20 I certain would.
