During my experience, the communication was excellent. The owner was knowledgeable and friendly. Glad to have a great mechanic and person in our neighborhood.

I explained my horrible experience at another local mechanic and made an appointment with them to have inner and outer tie rods replaced, and for them to go over all the work Xpert Auto Care on capital did. Sure enough, as the parts were being replaced the owner showed me all the damaged parts I had asked Xpert to check. They did an amazing job, brought me into the shop to show me things I requested. They were not only fast but their work was awesome!!! Thank you guys for taking care of my SUV and ultimately my family before a long road trip. I highly recommend these guys. I typically do my own work when possible but these folks will get all my business and recommendations.

5 /5 Smitty Werbenjagermanjensen: This place is a gem! Donnie is an honest man who went above and beyond to do a time-sensitive clutch replacement on my car! Quick, clean job and lightning faster than the other guys! Prices were as expected and there was no funny business. He also has a well-behaved schnoodle named Duncan that will greet you and take you to Donnie. Great shops like these are hard to find. Id recommend Auto Repair Tally to my closest friends!

Very professional, upfront and honest about what the repair really is, very timely diagnostics and repair, fastest I ever had. A family-owned business I will definitely support. And it made my wife happy to get her car back so fast.
